I arrived at this location at 10:05, they open at 10:30. I waited in my vehicle until 10:31 for them to open. I approached the location waiting for them to unlock the door. The counter person (purple and green hair) sees me and puts away her phone and continues about her morning setup. I patiently waited in front of the door until 10:50. She continues about her business and occasionally looks up if I’m still there. I also tried calling to location to ask her how long she thinks it’ll be until she can service me because i needed to be at work… does not answer the phone. Her facial expressions says all that needs to be said about her feeling towards me. I finally left at 10:52 with no food.

I have to say, I’ve never been the one to think of Jimmy John’s when deciding on a place to eat, but I am SO glad we went there tonight.. we were scared we wouldn’t get there in time because most businesses unfortunately close 10-15 earlier than the closing time. I seen they were cleaning up inside, to my surprise when I grabbed the door, IT OPENED My man doesn’t go to Jimmy John’s much, and the girl (she complimented my tattoos and was super helpful and sweet) Assisted in helping him decide on something he wanted. The boy (long-ish curly hair) began working on our order immediately.. I ordered a Tuna, and he ordered a Turkey. I’m absolutely BLOWN at how NEAT he made these sandwiches. As I ate, NOTHING fell out of my sandwich, and it tasted SUPER FRESH. I just wanted to commend the 2 that were there who had a MORE THAN EXPECTED & SUPERB attitudes. We need more employers to employ more people like this… thank y’all

WORST SERVICE EVER! they didn’t cancel my order on DoorDash, they didn’t gave me any kind of solution , employee and “owner” bad attitude 100% so yeah , THEY literally stole my money! For that little amount they could offer some kind of solution , but nope nothing!

Customer service was horrible. This was my first time in jimmy John’s and no one could tell me what was good or even help me along. If it wasn’t for the customer behind me helping I would have walked out. Managers help your workers know how to be customer service friendly.

They keep your orders on file! Love that! Cause I can’t remember sometimes what I ordered last but they DO!!! Delivery has never taken more than thirty minutes and in two years I’ve only had to had my order redone once! I would rate five stars but their open hours sometimes conflict with my work hours.
