The food was good, but the service was slow. Frankly, the service is glacial. Two roast beef sliders and a small milkshake took nearly 30 minutes. That’s unacceptable. Every order was taking too long. Instead of waiting inside, one customer went outside to smoke. In their defense, it looked like they only had three people working through the lunch rush.

i normally love Arby’s but my last visit grossed me out. I purchased a double roast beef and on my sandwich there was a huge chunk of meat that looked old even tho the roast beef supposed to be sliced .. I cant figure out how it was even added to my sandwich.. i haven’t had a roast beef from there since and it’s always been my favorite sandwich. the workers need to care more about there jobs and pay better attention to wat they feeding their customers

Came inside to pick up a Mobile Order to be greeted by no one. One girl came around the corner and laid against the counter and ignored my “Excuse me.” Figuring her to be busy with something else, I waited and was patient while she stood there. Another girl in the back said, “I believe the Lady in the Lobby is wanting to speak to you.” The girl leaning on the counter borderline yells, “Thet’s why my back is towards her.” The audacity. Eventually got my food, which was absolutely rancid. Do better, the lot of you. ♀️

I came to the drive through at 1120pm after I just waited for over an hour at Taco Bell and saw Arby’s was open until midnight… Score!! No I was wrong. The guy working for the drive through told me they were closed. I get it is late and y’all wanna go home, however when you say your open until midnight that’s what people expect. Super disappointed.

This is a new Establishment here on N. Main St. So you’d think they wouldn’t be as stingy let alone disrespectful as they are. But hey it’s 2022. Ordered multiple Buffalo chicken sliders only to get a bunch of bread and 3 super small nuggets. The popcorn chicken at KFC are bigger “nuggets” than what Arby’s is trying to pull. Just save your money and go to Chick-fil-A across the street. Better service. Friendlier staff. Better bang for your buck.

Soooooooo disappointed with this establishment. Only been twice, the first visit, we waited at the counter for what seemed like forever, no one helped us. Finally, someone coming in the back door of the kitchen from outside, noticed us standing there and came to take our order. From that point, the visit was OK. Last night, again we waited, the drive thru girl noticed us and most likely eventually told someone we were standing there. While waiting for our order, we prepared our drinks. No cup lids, no napkins and no straws at the condiment counter. I filled the lids from under the counter cabinets myself. Couldn’t find straws or napkins. When we got our sandwiches, the fries were cold and oil saturated from sitting there so long. The roast beef sandwiches were luke warm at best. Instead of taking the fries back up for fresh ones, making our sandwiches even colder waiting for them to cook more, we opted to just eat the sandwich and not return to that restaurant. There was trash on the floor, under tables and the tables were dirty. There was only one other couple in the store so being busy could not be an excuse for the condition of such a new store. Staff is not friendly or professional and the store itself isn’t run in a fashion that exemplifies the Arby’s name and reputation for delicious and above average fast food. Very disappointed and won’t go back.

It’s hit or miss at this Arby’s. If you go inside, you always get great service, but if you go through the drive-thru, expect cold stale fries, and missing items.
