OMG read the reviews so it convinced me to come by. I’m a truck driver and to find some authentic Mexican food is hard for us.im delivering at the San Antonio food bank about a quarter file away decide to take a walk to see if the reviews were correct. Honestly there food is the bomb so freaking delicious . I wouldn’t mind coming this way again. Very honest and friendly people which goes a long way. I strongly recommend it to everyone out there which I’m pretty sure lots of people know about this yummy place. It’s always the small joint that surprise you. They cook with heart and love that’s what makes it very yummy.

So happy I found this place. A little pricy but WORTH IT. Everytime I go, I get a side of chicharrones con heuvos a la mexicana. Their huevos rancheros and chilaquiles is amazing too, and the have lengua! The service is amazing. The same woman takes my order everytime and the same guy makes my plate everytime.

Coffee is good. Tortillas are pretty & nicely made. Carne Guisada & picadillo is made casera or a (homemade flavor). Papa a la Mexicana was nicely lightly toasted which melded the flavor of the pico de gallo together with the potato. All together a very pleasant experience. Unpretentious.

Very happy to have found this place… delicious authentic Mexican food and friendly service. We arrived as a group of 20 and they were able to accommodate and satisfy the entire group. I will certainly stop here anytime I am in the area.

I’m here every weekend with my wife, the best authentic Mexican food. The workers here are so welcoming and have great attitudes, I highly recommended bringing your family here for a bite.

It was a cozy place not many people, well on that day that I went at least. But they had a variety of breakfast tacos and the tortillas were homemade the only reason why I scored it the way I did was because that morning on that day I ordered chorizo conuel and it was very greasy which I know it’s going to come out greasy but they did not even try to drain it you know how you can drain some of it I mean there was no attempt to drain and you can just taste the oil as well with the ground meat with papas.
