Ordered from door dash and the chicken was moldy, and I called the manager about it and she tried to start a fight with me. Saying how it was impossible cause the truck just came in. And said I could hang up instead of complain. I was being incredibly passive and just wanted a refund…

Lady in dt very nice, I have always loved their mash potatoes bowl really only thing I have ever ordered from kfc. I was not able to open the bowl up (my 1st mistake) until I was across town. When I did the first thing I saw was the dried up corn I was disappointed but I was hungry so I scooped corn out of it no big deal but OMG when I bit into the chicken the texture and the color of the meat was wrong! I was not about to eat that chicken. I don’t know if they started putting different chicken in the bowl but it use to be tender white meat not chewy grey color. My 2nd mistake was thinking kfc was going to make this right. I was not going to drive back across town to get a refund my husband felt bad for me so he called the kfc on the corner loop and troup hwy the Mgr told him she had no way to ring that up sorry. Are these 2 kfc owned by different companies? If not that’s a lie or their customer service procedure suck. You replace it make it right! I will never eat at that first kfc again to many other choices in that area lower prices and better quality of food. The 2nd kfc did not shock me no one cares about the customers anymore. I threw the food away I was and done with kfc Again my husband feeling bad drove to the kfc that was not “able” to replace the bowl and bought another one. Ignoring my protest! The chicken is not the same as before did not look like chicken. I’m done with kfc their prices are to high for the quality of product they use. I’m just one customer my little money is not gonna hurt this big corporation but maybe someone can read this and not make the mistakes I made don’t pull out of dt without looking at the food you were just handed. So that Mgr at that establishment can correct the problem or give your money back!

Are very good time at this particular location some pieces of my chicken more mixed in with old pieces and we’re rather hard but the service was great the price was right but I really enjoyed the food nonetheless and the staff were very pleasant and most chicken was very fresh I just didn’t like that I received some old pieces that were rather chewy

The food was good… but theI can’t say the same for the service I recieved… They acted like they’d really wished we hadn’t come in! And I know it was probably getting time for them to go home… But that shouldn’t matter! They should act like and treat us as if they were glad to see us and happy to serve us REGARDLESS of if they had just opened or if it was closing time! I mean…after all… Isn’t it ME… a PAYING CUSTOMER… the reason for their job? And it shouldn’t be of no matter what time it is so long as it’s within their regular business hours!

We went to grab a quick bite for lunch but our experience turned sour when we asked to be refunded for an extra side we didn’t want. We weren’t upset until the cashier, Wallace, tried to convince me that all sides were the same price, continued to huff and puff, muffled Lord Jesus and a bunch of other slurred words at me. We proceeded to wait over 20 mins for our order when the 2 customers behind us got their food before us. Wallace mentioned they were waiting on Mac N Cheese but 1 of the customers behind us somehow got two Mac n cheese bowls. There’s no reason for the customer service to be lacking in all areas.

Customer service wasn’t there they barely even spoke I ordered the Mac and Cheese bowl it was cold and so was the chicken I was on my lunch break and had to throw it away, need to be more in tune with customer satisfaction
