I was looking for something for dinner and stumbled upon this place. The food is cooked to order and the milkshake as hand scooped. I LOVED my entire meal. I’m visiting from Texas and have already decided that I will be back before I leave.

Garlic fries were really good, perfect amount of garlicky goodness!! Chocolate milkshake was okay, a little thinner than I’m used to though.

I was super surprised that this place was dead when we came this evening. These were genuinely the best burgers I’ve ever had and the staff were kind and quick!:) definitely recommend- I hope to see this place get busier.

It was pretty dead on the Wednesday I visited. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. It was tasty but the buns felt like they were just there. Maybe because I ate it at home instead of freshly made there. Put a runny egg in there plus lightly toasted buns brushed with garlic butter and you’ll have yourself a 5 star sandwich.

The best burgers I’ve ever had!! We got the classic beef burger with American cheese, the patty was super flavorful and the buns were soft and had a light toasted crunch. Pricing was affordable, better and cheaper than in-and-out. Chips were amazing too. I can’t stop thinking about them and I’m sad I couldn’t go back for a second round. I cannot recommend it enough!

If you didn’t see the tiny halal symbol walking in then, heads up, their “bacon” is turkey bacon and is more akin to ham, which is pretty disappointing because there’s no crisp. I ordered the pear and brie burger and it came with what seemed like canned pears and tasteless brie, and there was no texture variety with the brioche buns that went soggy nearly immediately. The place just doesn’t know what gourmet is. How could you if you’re limited to halal? That sort of cuts you off from a lot, so it’s likely the owner/chef/cooks have never actually tasted what’s out there. I recommend a consulting chef to redo the menu and cooks that can execute. Otherwise it’s just always a disappointment. Stick with a plain cheese burger and you might be happy there, if you’re willing to pay $14 before tip, without fries. Rip off.

Best burgers in the area because of the premium ingredients. My favorite is the Philly Chicken & Cheese w/ Avocado.

A small space with a big flavor-filled burger just right for eating in the covered outdoor seating. Eight ounces of beef complimented with tomato, onion and mayonnaise was a wonderful treat after walking down Polk Street. One of us had the fries and the other the onion rings that we shared. Our meals were freshly prepared and served hot. There is indoor seating, however, on the day we visited there was some minor construction underway. I plan to take another walk down Polk Street and stop for a burger at Flippers.

My brother and I recently visited and the food was absolutely delicious! He ordered the Philly cheesesteak and I ordered to chicken sandwich! So crispy! Not only was our food amazing but the older gentlemen worked on his own, with so many online orders, and still managed to greet us and treat us with care!

Not to step on the mom and pop resto but I hope they look at the reviews to be better.
