They have a sign that says their dining room is open. It was not. Found out while at the door to go in. Drive thru was incredibly slow. The employee was abrasive at the order window, but he was fine when I was at the pickup window. I just ordered soft shell tacos, and they were boring. There is nothing to write home about. Disappointing experience.

Didn’t get my whole order and called. When I went to the missing food the lobby was locked and told I had to go through drive thru which was very busy. When I got to the window they refused to give me the food and refunded my money. They were very rude, not apologetic at all for messing up my order. The employees appeared high and kept going into the bathroom. I don’t think I have ever received my correct order from this Taco Bell.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Went there at 3 AM to pick up a huge Uber eats order. The lobby is closed so I wait 15 minutes to get to the drive through. The guy proceeds to tell me they never got the order, which that does happen. I asked him to double check because it was such a large order and he yelled at me and told me to move along. So then I had to wait another 20 minutes because the drive through line was backed up so far because these guys are slow as hell. Absolutely wish I could rate 0 stars. Terrible

WORST TACO BELL IN THE USA. Workers smoke Fentanyl. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK EXPOSURE. workers openly buy drugs in the parking lot and use on site. They have nothing but bad reviews for 2 years straight. This place needs to be shut down and demolished. No body wants to work here, they randomly “close” when they get lazy and start withdrawing from their drugs. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN PERIOD.

Literally only gave a star because I have to, if you can AVOID this place please do so. The customer service sucks, the way they handle customers and the orders suck. I had $42 stolen from me and requested a refund which was Saturday July 22nd. They told me come back Sunday once the manager was in, I kept calling to see if the manager was in and I got no answer so I called another Taco Bell to see if it was the correct number they called as well no answer. I go into this location to talk to the manager and the only thing she can focus on is me calling another Taco Bell the GM Terri has the most nastiest attitude I have ever encountered. Terri stated I should’ve called their area manager, I told her I don’t work for Taco Bell so I wouldn’t have the area manager contact information. She stated I should’ve never went to another Taco Bell and due to that I need to wait on the area manager to call me to process the refund it’s now Thursday and I still haven’t received a phone call. I called Wednesday and told a young lady that answered the phone my name and stated I needed to speak to a manager she yelled into the phone and said “Alex the refund lady is on the phone” I have never been so disrespected like they have disrespected me. I know for a fact if I was to go up there and cause problems due to the constant disrespect and my money being taking when I gave them back the food I would be the one sitting in jail. These type of people don’t deserve to work in fast food they have nasty attitudes I seen the fat chubby Hispanic manager snort a line literally through drive thru his eyes were red and he looked like a dear in headlights, the reason why I requested a refund, the black gentlemen smelled of weed. The area manager is no better considering she has not even attempt to call me to figure out the issue when several Taco Bell’s have reached out to her and she still hasn’t returned their phone calls nor mine. You can tell they do whatever they like at this Taco Bell. I called corporate and the health department they definitely will be fired and closed down by next week. I don’t feel bad at all. If I could give EVERYTHING 0 stars I 100% would. I’m 6 weeks pregnant and needed food for a blood test I was going in for and this was the closest location.. whoever was doing the driver thru .. your attitude was absolutely disgusting. I get working long hours is hard. But claiming to be a manager and throwing my card at me and not giving me my food because I told you to be respectful is awful. I’m a manager at a restaurant and even pregnant and already have a toddler I’d never do this. I will never be back and I encourage everyone to not go here…

The workers were eating, drinking and vaping around the food prep area. One lady was eating, had gloves on took a bite then went back to making food. The bathroom was gross. None of the tables were clean. No forks. Took over 20 minutes to get my food. Provocative rap music using swear words and racial words on overhead.

Workers are ignorant and disrespectful, the good is not prepared to order its as if the employees can’t read or don’t care. Had to return after getting food in drive-thru for food being prepared improperly. Then told that they would not replace the food that they fu**ed up. The black worker at the counter just laughed like it was no big deal. They constantly make orders wrong taco bell should pay for my time and gas having to deal with their idiot employees. They definitely did not deserve to get paid the way fast food does now they are hopeless. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
