I work near this Jimmy John’s and order for lunch occasionally. EVERY time I have ordered delivery it has taken 30-45 minutes despite being 5 minutes from the store. Always claim to be “short staffed”. If that’s the case, then what awful management. The food here is usually fine and what you would expect from a Jimmy John’s.

When you go to a Jimmy John’s, you know it’s gonna be reliably good. This one doesn’t fall short. Located right across from the fairgrounds and a water park, it’s also got a Target and some other good shops nearby, making it a convenient quick lunch or dinner stop. The sandwiches are great, and just as fast as they say, or even faster sometimes. Even if you customize your order, it’s still in your hands within 60 seconds OR LESS. It’s obvious these guys just have it down, from the franchise to the local management. Everything is immaculately tidy and clean – even the bathrooms. I mean, I wouldn’t want to eat lunch in there, but you could. The customer service is friendly and efficient, they don’t even flinch when I ask for extra extra extra vinegar sauce and double pep on my Vito. The chips are good, the cookies are good, even the music is good. Every time I walk into a Jimmy John’s I think “hey, I should open one of these up somewhere”, but truthfully, I think that might break the magic. I love it too much. I’ll let these dudes be the experts instead.

Why am I having to wait an entire hour in the drive thru to get a sandwich that takes less than 5 minutes to prepare? There were 3 people infront of me and not a line inside. Ridiculous

Slowest food you can get. I’ve tried drive thru and online and both take 30+ minutes to get a single sub or wrap.

This location is going to require Jimmy John’s to change their slogan, freaky slow. After waiting 67 minutes I called to ask how much longer on my order, was placed on a 15 minute hold, told my order was experiencing a delay and wouldn’t be ready for another hour at least. No thanks. Hopefully I’ll be getting a refund and I’ll be visiting another store for a freaky fast lunch.

Y’all I love Jimmy John’s. Service has gone down at this location. Freaky fast has left this crew and I think it’s because they’re overwhelmed. Either new staff or spread thin across walk in customers and online orders. I hope it improves. Be ready to sit almost 10 minutes to get you sandwich. I miss being able to grab my sandwich before I could fill my drink. Sandwich and chips still slap though!

The place is was empty but that did not matter the service was up to Jimmy John’s standards freaky fast. An elderly lady ordered before me and right when she sat down her sandwiches were done, the staff ensured she didn’t have to stand up get it. I also noticed while i was there that one of the guys making the sandwiches took his apron off and then proceeded to deliver the sandwich. This staff looked very hard working. The sandwich was up to Jimmy John standards so quality was not sacrificed at all thanks guys

Terrible customer service and incredibly slow delivery at this location. The food is usually pretty good though.
