So.. This is not the place to get breakfast.. at all. Not only did they not have the coffee that I ordered (and I still haven’t gotten my refund for them, btw), I ordered a steak breakfast crunchwrap and I loaded the thing up with everything I wanted: Double steak, potatoes, even a hashbrown.. This is what I got. Barely any steak, no hashbrown and what they did actually give me was absolutely not enough to fill a grown man’s stomach..100% never going to taco bell for breakfast again. Lunch or dinner, I still fw them, but.. this was legit disappointing..

Stopped yesterday during the dinner rush. Used the drive thru, employees were friendly in handling my large order. I left and realized I was missing some food. My bad for not checking the bag, when I returned to ask for the remainder of my food, they were so friendly, apologized and they didn’t need to but they gave me some cinnamon twists. The manager was amazing!

Rude staff waited 10.minures inside to place am order, a guy walks in the cash8er walks out looks at me end looked at him and asked how can he help him. I asked don’t you see me standing here I Bern here about 10 minutes abd you never came to help just kept looking at me and in g away. He said and so. I asked what his nane was he said he didn’t know, I asked what his story number is he Said he didn’t know. I haven’t been back since.

Once I ordered, they forgot one thing so I went inside and asked for it. The cashier looked at my receipt and then left to do drive thru orders. I have been sitting here for 10 mins and they still haven’t come back. Horrible service, 1/10 experience.

I have had 3 unpleasant experiences here, and today was my last. I once came here to get breakfast, and after I placed my order they proceeded to tell me there were no eggs. Second experience was for dinner, I had a customized order, and when I pulled up to tell them my name so they could make it, I could hear them making fun of me in the background. The food the second time was also cold and stale. This morning at 10:20 I went to order breakfast and they told me they stopped serving it… So I drove down to the Zeeland location and they had no issue making me breakfast and it was quick, the food was good. If you want an unpleasant experience I recommend stopping by the Waverly location.
