We were there on Sat June 17. We had a group of about 10. We ordered an appetizer at 630 took over 30 minutes to get it. Took almost two hours to get our meals. We had 2 people actually leave go eat at another restaurant and come back before we got our food.

The new owners have destroyed this place. The food is terrible, the chicken is extremely over cooked, the salad has lots of brown chunks in it and the fries are soggy. There is one waitress taking care of the entire restaurant. They couldn’t serve hardly any beer because most of their refrigeration is broken. I’ve been coming here for over 30 years and I won’t go back until somebody can come in and clean this place up. It will probably be closed by the end of summer because the way it is operating now won’t allow it to last through a Mid-Ohio racing season.

Our group of 6 had a great experience on a Friday night. I had a perfectly prepared and presented Philly Beef Steak. My bride had the Jambalaya and was satisfied till the last bite. Drinks were cold, service was good.

We went to Bucks for the first and last time on 4/14/23. Donnie Baker was putting on a show so we thought we would get there early, enjoy dinner beforehand but that was not the case. We were there an hour and a half prior to the start of the show, sat in the family dining area and waited 10 minutes before we flagged a waitress down, during which time we watched two tables get up and leave because they were tired of waiting as well. The waitresses were telling people it would be a 45 min- 1 hour wait for food. At that point the show would be on full swing. Our group decided to dine elsewhere. Unfortunately we were late to the show and had to stand. We were offered seats in the back of the over crowded room where we couldn’t sit together, water on the floor from the coolers and where we couldn’t even see the stage. Donnie Baker was great but Bucks was a HUGE disappointment!

I’m giving bucks a one star. Because I can’t give it a 0 . We went Saturday night for outside music. Couldn’t get waited on. Finally when I did find the waitress 1/2 hr later. I was upset. Told her I was and she called me an fn c**t. The owner witnesses it and never interacted. I said are you going to fire her? No just send her home for the night! As much as I liked Bucks. I’m glad karma is paying her a visit!

Terrible experience. We were not greeted when we walked in. Ordering was terrible because they out of many items (applesauce, wheat bread, baked potato were 3 things we ordered and couldn’t get). I ordered the 8oz sirloin and 10 minutes later the waitress came back and said it would be an additional 25 minutes on the steak, so I switched to the chicken breast (which was dry). Someone else in my party a phily cheesesteak and they said that their sandwich was also dry. The topper for me was that we were the only people there at the time and I the waitress said that they would refill my water. It was 7 minutes later I had ask for it again. This was my first time there and it will also be my last.

Came here last night with a total group of 6, they accommodated nicely and the food was delicious! I had a California burger and some poppers, the food was very satisfactory. I had a Maker’s old fashioned, which is on the cocktail menu, and the server seemed relatively unfamiliar with and I was charged more than the listed price, by like $0.50 so I didn’t make it an issue. One of my party ordered a shot of Fireball whiskey and was given something completely wrong, it was a caramel sort of flavor and once asked the bartender had no idea what it was. Yikes! Service at the bar & grill was pretty slow overall. The amusement park portion of the place was really a fun time, we played some mini-golf, hit the batting cages, and did a couple laps around on the carts (which left me pretty sore). We came out for one of the guy’s bachelor party, it was an enjoyable and memorable experience overall.

(This rating is for the upstairs meeting room venue.) We came here and had VIP seats 3rd row back for Donnie Baker. Absolutely HORRIBLE sound system ! We couldn’t even hear half the show & the people in the back couldn’t hear anything. Worst venue I have been to for a show & a total letdown for Donnie Baker !
