Been to this particular Zaxby’s quite a few times, because it is very close to where I reside. Service and food are a gamble at best. Sometimes you can ride thru here and have a reasonable wait time, even with a long line of car’s and the food is good and fresh. Other time’s you can come thru and have a short line of car’s and wait 30 minutes in line, only to receive what seems like old chewy cold food. When it’s good, it’s good and when it’s bad, it’s very bad. I have a feeling that it has to do with what manager and employees are on duty at that particular time.

Lady was extremely rude, she was mad cause I asked for a sauce. they didn’t give us what we ordered and had the nerve to say she will give us one chicken tender they missed the whole meal we asked for double fries as it says on the receipt and we were given three tenders and cole slaw I’m allergic to coleslaw!!!! The fries are so undercooked! She was looking all in my car too and her name Adrianna we visited this place at 11:54. This lady should not have a job the way she spoke to me. I will never visit this place again!!!

This is the worst Zaxbys and something should really be done about it. Every time I try to go they are out of something, very slow and very rude. One day they were out of straws, another time they were out of coleslaw. Today the first thing they said to me at the drive thru was “we are only serving grilled chicken today”… my reply was “you are Zaxbys.. your thing is FRIED CHICKEN” That was the last straw for me

Made an order online for curbside pickup. Used the check in menu to let them know I was here. Waited about 10 min to 15 min. Thought it was taking a while for them to get the food out. I called them to see about my order they said they would bring it out. Waited another 10 min and they never brought it out. My wife called to cancel the order and they hung the phone up and it was busy for another 10 min. I called and I spoke to a manager. She was being real short with me and I just wanted verification if my order was being canceled and refunded. No one has time for that attitude. It’s no wonder people are throwing chairs at fast food workers.

Girl at the drive thru was extremely rude, bad attitude and made unnecessary comments she kept interrupting me while I was trying to order and then getting mad when she didn’t hear what I said and had to repeat myself. Then got 2 week old reheated chicken fingers.

While the food was good (hence the 2 stars) the service is terrible. 13-15 minute wait times on salads and unfriendly service. When the trainers and bosses were here this place was kicking it, but now they have settled in it’s gotten worse.

If it takes 15 or more minutes in a drive through, you shouldn’t have a drive through. It took over 5 minutes to take my order and ten minutes to get my food. They were just directing cars to park and wait after the order was taken. As many as six cars were waiting on food…
