The only thing I had a problem with was that you had to order at the counter and then go back to get it. I have lots of leg problems so I don’t walk far. The food was good. I got the side chicken. Which is cut into small pieces and came with 2 different sauces. I got the spring rolls for my son. He really liked them.

Bad business practice. I was charged twice for an employee mistake which, hey it happens. What should have been a simple acknowledgement on their part turned into me having the same conversations 6 times over the course of a week with zero resolution beyond the onus of time and gas to drive in person and “prove it”. When I did so, I was interrogated as to why I didn’t have the receipt for a takeout from almost two weeks prior. I had to show them my personal bank statements to show them their mistake when they could have actually done the same with their records for their screw up. I ended up with store credit and got the last meal I’ll ever waste my money on here. Businesses like this won’t last much longer and I’m looking forward to seeing the empty building some day.

They give generous portions and plenty of sauce. I enjoy my visits here for lunch and it also makes for a great late night dinner. My only request would be to have a little thicker steak and chicken.

We have six kiddos! And ended up in Athens tonight for softball games! Food was absolutely amazing! More than generous portions, we each have a to go box to take home! More than enough sauces ! Even when we tried to turn in our unused and untouched sauces on the tray, they were honest and said they would throw them away anyways by their regulations, to just take them with us! Satisfied all of the kids and adults! Hard to do for us! The best thing…. They offer a first responder discount! #backtheblue

The food here is good, but the staff (especially the manager with the awesome laugh fills the restaurant) and music playing is even better. The positive energy and enthusiasm in this restaurant while I waited (not too long at all) for my food was excellent. This kind of environment and attitude in a restaurant is what we all need! Note: the steak in the combo meals is teriyaki, for those who prefer it without. To the staff, keep up the great work and energy!

I ordered a different meal(6pc wing meal) yesterday and I shouldn’t have. I asked that my wings be cooked a couple of minutes longer, but they looked the same and they need to dust. Those are the only issues that I have. My rating is 3.5.

absolutely love this place! my go-to order is the chicken, steak, & shrimp entree, which goes really well with the yellow sauce! there is also a great selection of appetizers (i really like the zucchini fries). service is great & food is prepared very quickly, so wait time is never an issue.

They don’t make your food fresh to order. My food was barely warmed. When I called about it she told me they make food throughout the day. So if you order something that they have already cooked that’s what you are getting. Not the same Choo Choo. I will not be ordering from them this is second order time I have been disappointed.
