My Mother and I went to the location where my Nephew worked. It was a lovely visit. We saved a lot of money on the discount. The food was great! Hot and fresh. My cheese pizza was super cheesy, which I love. The place was a bit noisy in the beginning, but it calmed down after a while. Overall, a very positive experience.

We’ll everything on the pizza Buffet was cold or hard and tiny cut for a 3 year old kid. Salad bar was half empty. The lady said they had a order of 25 pizzas or something. But you also had about 10 customers waiting on pizza to be put out. I was a General Manager at a pizza place before and this should’ve never happened.

Went to pick up pasta and they couldn’t put shedded cheese or even offer it, I realized when I was back. This people should be more attentive on what they’re doing.

Joe the manager, had the audacity to curse at me because we all (group of 8) demanded our money back. The food was old and cold. And we were told fash pizza would be coming out on the buffet within 4 minutes of us paying. Sat there for 20+ minutes before we asked for our money back. Joe gave me the worst customer service experience at a Mazzios location than I’ve ever experienced before. Going to reach out to corporate too, because that’s not the way a customer or any human being should be treated.
