I did not have a very good experience at this Starbucks the drinks we ordered were nowhere near how we are used to getting them the strawberry frappes we ordered one drink had plenty of strawberrys in it the other drink barely had any strawberrys one drink had a little blended ice in it the other was like drinking a glass of milk no ice they were terrible and it cost I think ,$12.00 for to Grande’s, not happy.

Very bad service. Employee Ivory take so many orders and on the moment of serving do not follow the same order as was paid. And a customer need to stay waiting for a long time, unnecessary. I hope a behest training can be done to avoid this kind of situation.

Their coffee was good, but they need to wear gloves, wash their hands more, or use hand sanitizer more. In these times we need to be extra clean. I saw they touched everything without breaks to sanitize or clean hands.
