Just moved to Colorado Springs and was exploring. So glad we found Mica. The best pizza I have ever had. Wonderful hand tossed crust. Airy on the inside with a little crunch on the outside. You can tell when ingredients are super fresh and Mica did not disappoint. I had the Margherita and the hubby had Pepperoni. Looking forward to a return visit. Do yourself a favor and check it out. You won’t be sorry and you will be supporting a small business.

The pizza isn’t actually bad. Much better than any of the other chains out there. For some reason they either use too much corn meal to launch there pizza or they don’t clean it out of the oven often enough. The pizza bottoms are covered with it in much more than normal amounts. For some it may not bother you but 4 out of 5 of us had a problem with it. Makes a mess too which is a hassle. Both times I have tried it same thing. If they fixed that they would be golden. Try it though maybe it won’t bother you or we just had two freak instances.

We ordered pizza and lasagna for delivery. The delivery driver simply left the food outside our front door without ringing the doorbell or knocking. By the time I got the text that the food was delivered it was very cold. I have never had delivery food just dropped at my door. Sadly, I use to like this place but now not on my go to list for take out or delivery. Teach your delivery drivers to ring doorbells/knock on doors to deliver hot food in person. The driver who delivered my food does not deserve the tip I gave.

At two separate times I have gotten pizza, chicken Alfredo, cannoli, and gelato. While it is not bad, the food itself is rather plain and standard for the pricing. I had to season the pasta dish myself to bring it up to a typical dish. It’s not a bad option if you’re looking for something to just eat, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth a return trip. Although the gelato was quite delicious, if you get an item multiple times, do the gelato.

Good gluten free pizza, though pricey for a 10 inch. Wish more places carried medium GF pizzas.. we have to order three 10 inch for my fam, which becomes overpriced and causes us to go elsewhere most of the time. That said, it is good quality pizza.

Finally got to try this place tonight! Was so excited reading all the reviews! We used our coupon, always love a free pizza! Ordered 2 pizzas, salad and gelato. We’ll try it again, to see if we like it better. But, truly the pizza was just okay, run of the mill take out. My hubs felt the crust was too tough. The salad was okay, and my daughter found a straight, dark hair in it! But, the gelato was the part that shined! We tried lemon, raspberry and caramel. The raspberry wasn’t very flavorful, but the lemon tasted like lemon meringue pie and was sooooo good! The caramel with ribbons of chocolate and cookie was fabulous! We may stop by just for gelato! Yum!

I recently ordered take-out and instead of putting toppings on the whole pizza, they mistakenly put them on half. I brought this to their attention and rather than simply apologizing, they remade the pizza on the spot. They even had the courtesy of putting my already made pizzas in their oven to keep them warm while my new pizza was being prepared. They even let me keep all the pizzas! This seems like a simple thing, but getting good customer service is extremely rare these days. We all make mistakes, but they did an amazing job of going above and beyond to make it right! Lots of businesses could care less these days, and having a positive customer service experience doesn’t happen often for me, unfortunately. Thank you Mici staff!
