The white rice in my burrito was undercooked (it was crunchy) and the avocado was too hard (not ripe). I had to open the burrito up to find out what was the “hard thing” I was hitting into. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Literally the worst experience I ever had at a chipotle. The guy who made my burrito, messed it up , then took another one and just glop all together the stuff that was in the other one. The Cashier was rude, when I told her I was missing my side of gauc, she stare at me and said okayyyy. Really bad service.

I didn’t have high expectations when I went here on lunch I just wanted something quick to munch on. I will never come back. They do not care about your food the young lady who made my order did like she was tryin to break a speed run record and I was the only person in line. Georgette should have stayed home today. So terribly rude! I work in the area, and come in a lot. They are typically out of stuff, but customer service is usually decent. As soon as I stepped back in the store with my messed up order she starts yelling. But hadn’t bothered to greet me when I initially picked my order up. I’ve never seen or interacted with her before, but I won’t be back. She had no problem being loud, rude and disrespectful until I got my camera out. But was quick to tell myself and another customer to “get out of her store” even though she’s just the manager. I’ll definitely be calling corporate.

Awful, Awful, Awful. Poorest run Chipotle in PA. Staff is unfriendly, store is disorganized and messy, and they are constantly running out of items. This was the tenth time I picked up an order and they had no fajita veggies. You’d think by now they would have figured this out. There won’t be an 11th time. I am done with this location forever.

Haven’t been here since starting new whole foods plant based diet. The veggie bowl was very good. Place was clean. Service not so friendly. No people skills. For was fresh though and would return but with low expectations of friendly staff.

This location has to be the poorest ran Chipotle in Pennsylvania. I love Chipotle food, but this location is awfully managed. They are routinely out of food, never have salad dressing, but today was especially unique. I go into the store and they have a sign ‘online orders only’. It amazes me businesses can be run like this and still be successful. Yikes.

2pm on a Wednesday. The place was completely empty. But the whole kitchen was a complete mess. Filthy counters and grill. The dining area was a mess. Two workers that I saw. One just sat on his phone the whole time even while he was ringing me up.

This location is horrible – they claim to be short staff, but every business is short staffed at the moment – this does not give a business an excuse to have a dirty restaurant, food EVERYWHERE on the counter the floors etc. No napkins, no ice. GREAT way to run a business.
