So, I’ve been living under a rock I guess, I had no idea what MOD pizza was! I know now! I tell everyone it’s the Subway of Pizza places. Pick your toppings and sauce, build your pizza with as many toppings as you like. It’s quick too- only about 5 minutes to cook and you’re ready to enjoy awesome fresh pizza!

Eat here with your kids if you would like a grumpy bearded man to come out and threaten to call the police on 5 year olds playing outside. Great experience. The area is empty and nice but the people leave much to be desired. This is a sacred fountain that children must not touch.

I love MOD pizza and haven’t had an issue at any other location. We came in with two people before us and waited in line to be helped for 15minutes before being acknowledged. They continued to take online orders in front of use without even saying “it’ll be a minute”. Two staff struggling to keep up on the line while three employees literally just stood around and watched without doing anything else. Messed up my order and staff made snarky remarks about the order and other customers in the store. Rejected our request to add certain topping in the line such as pineapple to our pizzas. Ran out of multiple toppings and 3 staff just stood there and didn’t refill. They actually started verbally complaining and throwing their hands when asked for toppings they didn’t refill, again they refused to refill and add them to our orders.

The customer service at this location is awful. Certain employees were rude to me and my partner because it was our first time so we didn’t really know what was going on and had no help at all from the staff they just kind of looked at us like we were idiots. I asked for extra sauce on my salad and after a moment with no response from the employee I said “excuse me” to which the employee snapped “i heard you” … so rude. Will not be returning to this location.

Terrible service, Terrible pizza and a waste of money. The two best things about this visit is they confirmed why I had never had Mods before and the Automated lady on the phone had more personality than any of the staff….. zero stars and I’m glad it only took 1 trip to confirm what I had already thought about this place. If they have a manager or anyone with a pulse that reads these reviews they should try spending a minute with the employees and see what a truly terrible job they are doing…. all I know is I’m glad I got extra toppings… maybe the standard pizzas don’t come with any toppings
