When I came here my expectations were low, but the food is absolutely incredible, and the drinks are also just as good. For a small place, I was surprised at the selection on exotic foods like cow tongue and fresh tropical fruit drinks. I highly recommend the chicken taco and the taco salad, with that being said the steak is almost as good at the chicken which is outstanding. Definitely 5 stars for the food.

I don’t understand how there is good service rating for this restaurant. It’s our second time here and both times it was the same. Extremely slow service. Over 45 min to get tacos. The quality is not good. Only two servers. It was actually quite terrible. Then to top it off they lock the bathroom and do not offer the bathroom to customers. Spoke to owner stated the bathroom was not working. I reminded him that’s a violation, he handed me the key and the bathroom was clean and working just fine! Not coming back! The best restaurants rancho alegre, Santana! Good food and fast!

Great Mexican food, and being Mexican and from San Diego, I 100% approve of this place! The food is delicious and I was impressed with the service being so good now. They are under new ownership and 1 year ago it took me 40 minutes to get my food and I just walked out, I was so upset! I decided to give it another chance and it was the complete opposite experience, so I’ll be stopping by anytime I am in that area!

We were eating and found roaches crawling on the walls, we told the server and she said they can’t get ride of them, very disgusting, I value my health and don’t thing I will ever come here again.

Very clean. Great atmosphere/environment. I am a fine artist/maker, and I was impressed with the well done decor. The staff was attentive, and considerate. Service was prompt. I didn’t wait long to get my food, nicely, and neatly packaged, all the right condiments already included. I didn’t have to ask for anything. The food was TERRIFIC!!! Very tasty. I will DEFINITELY!!! be back often!!! A gem in Cartersville.
