I received friendly service. My food was definitely a subpar version of chipotle but was rescued a little by lime and salt. Had a good conversation with the employee serving me… however I was concerned by the fact that I came at 6PM on a Friday night and there was no one here… definitely telling of the quality of my food. An alright meal, but in no way a great meal.

It has been a while since I had had Qdoba food. So, I decided to order out whith my job. Qdoba had not only messed up on our order once but, twice. And, I made an excuse for them, saying maybe it was a huge order, and late. Until I tried going in their again today, and I went in to place a order, and my food was not good at all. The rice was hard, and some of the chips was soggy. I called back to complain to the manager. And, he said what is he suppose to do about it. The food is fine, and he doesn’t see anything wrong with any of there food, and to have a nice day! I may never eat there ever again. Poor customer service.

I’ve been there a couple times for a burrito. First time was very busy, the 2nd time I was the only one there (I thought they were closed when I opened the door). The 2nd time I noticed some flies the server has to shoo off the food serving trays. Made it sort of unappetizing, but I was hungry and ate it anyway. It tasted pretty good, and I didn’t get an upset stomach or anything. Kinda pricey for a burrito, but they are large & filling.

Better quality than the Chipotle in Charlottesville. Meat is always tender and the service is fast. It’s not particularly healthy, but that’s to be expected from a fast food Mexican restaurant. Good option for some quick food on the corner.

Friendly service. Though some of the employees were using offensive language once I was away from the counter and sitting in a booth. Very expensive for the portions you get. 3 tacos, a bag of chips and queso and a medium drink costs $16.

The food is fine (standard “Mexican” for the most part) but not as good as Chipotle. This restaurant seems to be falling on hard times. They could really use some re-vamping of the interior, which looks a bit shabby.

If you’ve never been to a place like Qdoba, Chipotle, Atomic Burrito, etc. before, you owe it to yourself to give it a shot. It’s probably better to think of these kinds of places as a “subway of burritos” rather than a “mexican grill”. You’ll choose a type of beans, a type of meat (chicken, steak, beef, pork), an optional sauce (the queso is DELICIOUS, the ancho bbq is also good) or specialty topping, and then regular toppings a la lettuce/cheese/guac/sourcream/salsa/etc. Qdoba has offerings and prices in-line with the other places but this specific Qdoba sets my bar for delicious, satisfying burritos time and time again. The quality of service is great at this location, the food is always fresh, promptly made, and the employees are friendly and helpful. If you don’t want burritos, there are also a decent handful of other entrees to try including tacos, quesadillas, and gumbo. The chips are also excellent and very rarely are they stale.

This location was nothing more than average. I had a horrible time getting parking and the food was just kind of “blah”. I eat at Qdoba regularly and this was not a memorable experience.

Alright food albeit overpriced since it’s on the corner. Nice people working there; quick service. Guac is included but they give you a small amount.
