I’ve never seen a restaurant act like they are closed until I went here, they keep the outer lights off every time it turns dark so you think they are closed. They also provide very rude and inconsistent service. I feel this place needs a major overhaul for management and its employees. Very long wait times as well! Avoid this one for sure

We went to Taco Bell on a Sunday evening. Normally, it’s during lunchtime hours. They were very busy. It took about 5 minutes before someone came out from the back to take our order. I don’t care for ordering myself on the kiosk/computer. I ordered taco supremes with hard shells. They were just ordinary. However, my mom complained to me they weren’t enough beans on her taco. The garbage barrel inside was overflowing, but nothing had fallen on the floor. The management is the best during the daytime. I’m not sure what happened this weekend evening

Very unprofessional behavior from the staff and very rude. Last saturday we visited this place because my son was hungry and he likes the soft taco always! But they took nearly 30 min to prepare the soft taco.They focus only on drive-through, not dine-in customers. Moreover if you ask about your food they will show the attitude and they feel like customers are very cheap and waiting for free food. This place needs a complete makeover in terms of service, consistency, behavior, etcShould be take care of this place.

So this has been going on for abt a week. They have been canceling and get my orders wrong out of nowhere. Ill be waiting for like a hour and half just for it to be cancelled in the end. On top of that they have not been refunding my cancelled orders. Lately now a days customer service have been going downhill. Have you learned anything??? Listen to ppl the first time. This place is a joke. I’ve been here for over 20 minutes, while 3 employees stand around on their phones. Nobody at the register to take an order. I could have sat down and gotten a full meal at Fiesta Mexicana 10 mins away. Unreal. Avoid at all costs. It’ll be another 10 mins to get out of this joke of a plaza.

Lights are always off after 9pm (signs & drive-thru), even though they close after midnight. Wait about 30 seconds at drive thru before they take your order. Sometimes the robot will chime in with the “sorry we’re closed.” Just wait long enough then they will take your order..

Couldn’t even get someone to take our order. We waited over 5 minutes and not one employee came to the counter even though they saw us. All I wanted was the biggest drink they had. We left and went elsewhere.

Place looks like it’s closed after 9PM because they keep the lights off. Unprofessional. Orders are constantly wrong. Drive through takes 15 minutes+ for simple orders. If you try to order Pizza Hut (which is on the menu) they act like you offended them.
