The order taker was great and very helpful. Got the works pizza and add pineapple instead of mushrooms and it was good. Loaded with topping and they were great. Also got the side Italian salad and it was not really worth the money. There was supposed to be pepperoni or salami on it and there was not any. Mainly just cheese and lettuce. Also, their credit card reader was down, so I had to get cash to pay. The order taker told me the manager would give me a $5 discount for the inconvenience. When I went to pay I ask if the discount was on there, and she said yes. When I paid and later looked at the receipt there was not a discount.

I ordered online I ordered 4 of the buckeye cookies with my order when we went to pick up the order they said they were giving us chocolate chip cookies because they didn’t have the other ones I didn’t want chocolate chip cookies the only reason I ordered them was because it was unique and something I hadn’t had before so I asked for a refund and was told they do not give refunds they can only do instore credits! So I can spend money on something else I order that they don’t have I think not then offered brownies… Not good business in my opinon when i can’t get a refund for something they are selling that they don’t have I took the brownies as I will not be ordering from them again!

Terrible experience. Never got pizza delivered. Door Dash driver called me and was in entirely different city. I gave him correct, exact address. Never showed. I called store manager. Delivery guy was walking back into the store with the pizza. Manager made excuses versus making it right. I’ll never order from this location again and highly recommend to anyone to order from any other pizza place, but NOT this one!

They stay open pretty late on weekends so that’s a plus. I doordash at this location a lot and every employee I’ve encountered has been friendly and attentive. I like that you can order online and your food is ready when they say it will be. They also have a drive thru so If you don’t feel like getting out the car, you can ride through.

I tried the pizza that has chicken on it and it was very very good. It was crunchy, Spicy, tasty, fresh and it makes you to want more. I also tried the cinnamon dessert, it was sweet and very good, I just missed the coffee. The attention was great and I would come back.

She was as nice and friendly as could be and gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a VERY long time. She impressed me so much that I will only order from Donatos Bellevue from now on.

They have really good pizza. We ate inside the restaurant and it was not over crowded and we had no wait. It was also clean. You do have to get your own plates just in case you don’t know. We ordered 2 pizzas. I love that they covered the entire pizza with toppings. We ordered a very veggie and I loved how big the veggies were. The next pizza was a half sausage and pepperoni. The toppings were perfect. I’m not a fan of all the sauce, but my husband liked it a lot.

I ordered a pizza at 2:00 pm. I received a call at 2:29 pm from the manager stating that he wanted to see if I could pay with cc since he didn’t have any delivery drivers. He had to use door dash. I said I only had cash. He asked if pick up the order. The whole reason I ordered pizza was for them to deliver the food to my home. I had to cancel my order because of their mistake. Every time I order from them there is some kind of issue. This was just the latest one. It’s too bad that I really like the taste. That merits the one star.
