I ordered online and the tracker said baking then I checked back 45 mins later and it said order cancelled. I tried calling the store and nobody would answer the phone. Finally 30 mins later someone answered who said he was the manager. He said they could not verify the address as in his area so he cancelled it. I said it’s correct on the email confirmation I got which is the address I always use for my orders. I asked if the computer put a different random address why not call me to verify before canceling it. He said they are too busy. He rudely said you can reorder it. I said and what for my inconvenience since it will be two hours later and he said there is nothing I can do for you. I said really? You are going to make me call corporate and he said you can do what you want to it’s not our fault the address is wrong. I said why are you blaming me when my address is correct on my receipt. I said I’ll be sure to post this on all reviews and he said good luck with that and hung up on me.

Complete trash. My wife ordered a pizza well done. It was delivered undercooked and doughy. They wouldn’t pick up the phone at the restaurant either. Best believe I’ll personally return this uncooked mess back to them. TRASH

One star is too many. I ordered the cheese sticks and only half of them had cheese. Just awful and the customer service was awful too. I drove there to pick it up and wasted my time and money. They remade the cheese sticks and they looked as bad as the first one and I told the guy, who would want to eat this?

3 stars cause I went Monday on the 15th and it was absolutely 5 stars cause of the Solo working older guy. Dude knows how to make an amazing pizza. Then I come Friday with a staff full of teens. First when I asked to place an order she asked me if I placed it online. I said no and she says “pshhhhhhhhhh” leaves and someone else comes. Then they ask me again if I placed online. Obviously I didn’t and they asked if I tried lol. I said no and they asked if I wanted to just do it online when I’m standing right there ready to place . I say I’ll just do it here and gives a little bit of attitude . Sorry I didn’t know placing an order was very hard manual labor for you…. Then they proceeded to cook up the absolute worst pizza. 1 star for the visit on Friday. Lucky I’m giving 3 stars. Inconsistent but when the right person is there it’s amazing.

Do not go here!!! They will tell you order is ready and it’s not. Also it system said it was picked up. Then wait another 20 minutes afterwards. Waited an hour in total for one pizza…. They ended up giving my food to someone else it looked like. Also the wings, they must treat the sauce like gold. I asked for hot lemon sauce and received basically dry wings.

I have been ordering from this location, and every time they either send the order missing or wrong. I never called back because I thought it was not worth it. This time I called, and the man who answered said he was the manager, and his name is Jess. I am not sure if this is even true because he hesitated at first when I asked for a manager. When I explained that something was missing from my order, his response was shocking: “What do you think we should do then?” and he went on to say, “Do you want us to come back today for that? I explained that I paid extra to get extra sauce, and I should get it. He said, “I don’t think so,” and laughed. I am just shocked at how unprofessional and disrespectful he was. If he is the manager, that is not good for business. I would love for Papa John’s to see how its managers are acting. So, I asked for a refund, and he said that what you want is OK and hung up on me. I am writing this because I really want corporate to look into this manager’s or associate’s attitude.

Stay away this location,I got pay not food !Today I ordered online for pickup this location ,but I forgot setting my pickup time,so I call right away to this location to changing my pickup time,he said ok all set, when I came to pick up my order,the guy (he is manager)works in kitchen told me ,he didn’t got my order,I try show him online receipt and payment from bank, and my phone calling records,He don’t care it,He just said I don’t know,I haven’t your order,then he don’t want told to me anymore,He let me call the company instead told to him,No any apologies!He don’t care what you pay,I was so disappointed How this guy can running a business,I will call the bank get refund and stay away this location ,only one person working the kitchen,He looks like he hates the Job!
