The moment I walked in, it smelled like someone peed on the floor. Several tables were unclean beyond the help of my wipes I keep in my purse. The only trash can is over flowing with trash, and I’ve seen two employees add to it, and no one changes the bag. Thank God my food was ready quickly. I couldn’t stay another minute. If I stop here again, I will choose wisely about ordering.

This location used to be good but it has gone down hill. They close for a little while then reopen. They can’t ever get orders right & they get upset when you ask them to fix their mistakes (manager will straight up roll her eyes & argue over it but the receipt & their labeling doesn’t lie) so half the time it’s really not worth asking them to fix it or even stopping at this location. We literally waited 45 minutes to get our food & they still messed up & the manager was rude & inappropriate. She started complaining about the time on the receipt however we didn’t even leave the stupid restaurant & they had barely handed us our food. This is ridiculous!

I parked stay the night there at loves . I went in there, got a cuppa coffee and chicken nuggets. They had to make the coffee really great service and I. Went in there the next morning they wasn’t very busy. I asked for a large coffee and a blueberry muffin they didn’t have any blueberry muffins so I just got the coffee waited 30 minutes they never did have the coffee ready so I canceled the order. Because I didn’t know how much longer it was going to take so I gave this place one star even though the night crew did deserves a five star hoping a manager or somebody sees this and fixes the problem. So I walked over to Wendy’s, got a cup of coffee and a number four and the service was fast and quick.

The absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been in, they had me wait 40 minutes for my order because they forgot to make it. Now I’m not much of a complainer but after finally getting my order, the sweet tea I ordered was unsweet, and the fries were cold, and the burger was just thrown together. I feel bad for any customer that comes here. What’s worse is that I was late for an appointment because of this place. If I could vote zero stars, I would.

This is the WORST McDonald’s in Tulare. They’re always slow. The orders are always wrong. I normally don’t eat there but go cause my daughter likes chicken nuggets and THIS is why. I ordered just a chicken sandwich and the chicken WAS STILL RAW!! Not just a LITTLE pink. Like completely RAW. And this was having to wait in a stall for 20 minutes. Idk what they were doing but it wasn’t making aure the chicken was cooked!!!

One of the reasons I go to Mc Donald’s is to get their French fries, but after I grabbed my bag of food and was on my way out.I was disappointed to see that they barely filled my carton of French Fries only half ways.
