These guys are AMAZING and my favorite sandwich spot in town. They supported our school’s all night graduation party and the sandwiches were a huge success and our attendees loved them. Our town was hit with a big storm that night and one of our other vendors for the night cancelled our order an hour before the event with no concern at all. Firehouse Subs came through and are less than a block away from the other vendor who could fulfill the order placed two weeks in advance. Thank you for being delicious and reliable.

It took around 45 minutes from order to get our food. Only two of us on the order, store was empty otherwise. The staff that was there were pleasant. We have been there two other times and it has been the same thing. Probably won’t go again.

Was not sure of this place after a bad experience in Pocatello. Decided to give it a try and have found my new sandwich shop. Ordered both the new chicken gyro and the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket. The chicken sandwich had plenty of chicken and toppings with a little burn and the end. The beef and brisket were butter tender with great flavor. Two thumbs up from this family.

Great location choice. In a nice new complex. Place is clean, workers are friendly. Had the chance to talk to the franchise owner of this location and the other one in town, as well as someone from corporate & they were nice & were willing to hear feedback. Glad to see they were able to successfully open a new store in the midst of the pandemic. They do accept contactless payment (like Apple Pay) & do have mobile ordering. No drive-thru though. They have a Coke Freestyle Machine. They have two TV screens they go through slide shows of pictures of fire stations in the country they have helped. They have a cool custom artwork that depicts the city of Ammon fire ladder truck at the McCowan Park splash pad.

About a week ago, my team and I placed a take out order for a company lunch. I ordered the Hook & Ladder Salad®. The salad was very fresh and tasted great (I do not like cucumbers and I should have excluded those when I ordered the salad… it has a LOT of cucumbers). I did ask for a vinaigrette or an Italian Dressing but they instead sent Ranch. Oh well.

Very good sandwiches and I have always liked Firehouse. My favorite sandwich. But this location is painfully slow when it isn’t that crowded. We’re talking a 30 minute or more wait for a sub sandwich today for me. When I am eating at Firehouse I picture a quick trip to pick up a sandwich and then to move on with my day. This has happened to me several times now here.
