What a joke of service. Upon arriving for curbside pickup we called the store and the individual said he would be out within the minute, however after waiting 20 minutes and seeing others get their food delivered curbside i decided to go in (after I finished up a zoom call for work) to find out what had happened, only to find the food cold and aged. And still had to wait inside for 10 minutes. Employee was polite but does not make up for the awful service! Absolutely repulsive how they find it acceptable to serve food like that and absolutely no sense of time management.

The folks at this restaurant are great. My elderly parents go there twice a week for dinner. We’ve been with them a couple times in the last few months. They know my parents and treat them well. Definitely would recommend this place.

I stopped for a quick BLT and iced tea. The waitress was not attentive at all. The bacon was under cooked. I find the visit to the iHop in Westminster a more pleasant experience.

Staff are great and are doing their best, but this iHop is way understaffed. Less than half the tables open on a Saturday. Over 25 minute wait. Please pay your staff more and attract new employees. I witnessed you turn away more customers than you served today.

1/2 of the restaurant was closed off, the booths by the windows. Which is certainly preferable to being forced to sit at those too close, tables. Think there is a management problem, perhaps not enough staff .

arrived on a sat at 715 pm. Dining room was very empty, with approx. 4 other tables occupied. However, service was extremely slow, meal was poorly prepared (bacon not completely cooked, a sunny side up egg was broken( and meal arrived in two separate trips. The second trip was the third pancake that I ordered along with hash browns. Arrived so late that I had already finished the rest of my meal.

Always consistent service and food. It is one of the nicer IHOP locations. We like the sunny open atmosphere of the former bank converted to an IHOP. Today was the first time since COVID that this location seemed to be fully staffed. Even when they were short staffed, they did their best to provide good food and service.

My fiancée and I ate here and the restaurant was almost empty. The server was nice, but he got out order wrong to start with, the food was horrible and we would usually just pay and leave and not return, but upon speaking to another server that sent the manager to us and said he was sorry and tried to blame the server. We advised him it was not completely the servers fault as the worst part was the food which was horrible. Someone that works in the restaurant stated they do not have a cook and the cook quit a week before, so the managers wife was cooking which clearly has no experience.

Waited 10 min to be seated, then sat another 15 min with no one even acknowledging us. Ended up leaving. Only 7 tables total even had customers. The table across from us got food after 1/2 hr, but still didn’t have their drinks.

Food was fresh and came fast enough. The wait was about 30 min for Sunday brunch, so reasonable. Service is ok, order got messed up a little (instead of full 5-pancake order, my fiancé was given 3-pancake one. I’d go back but not on a weekend at breakfast/lunch time.
