I love that when you order delivery they are prompt, more so than others which has consistently brought back to order. I prefer the sauce over ANY other pizza delivery and the sauce really truly makes the pizza, always a perfect pairing, never too much, over powering the flavor of your toppings. Toppings are always fresh, crust is always to perfection, not overly doughy as I’m not a crust person, perfect crust, pizza ratio.

I visited this place yesterday and found the workers preparing pizzas with their bare hands. One of the workers went for a smoke break and came back in without washing hands, he started working on making pizzas. All employees were preparing without gloves and that kinda looked yucky.

Item from order was missing. No one would answer the phone. Emailed corporate. No response. This business stole from me. They use a 3rd party delivery service like grubhub. All that does is complicate the process. Maybe I should have called them instead. I have deleted the app and will never again eat Papa John’s again.

We ordered from here last night for the first time and the pizza was really good the driver was really nice and even helped me close my gate on my porch. It only took maybe 20-30 minutes. We stopped going to Dominos and decided on Papa John’s, and glad we did. Great job guys!

My first order was late. The crust had the consistency of rubber, and difficult to chew. Topping coverage is sparse. They sent my a coupon for a free large 2 topping pizza. Again this 2nd order the topping coverage is sparse. Crust has the consistency of shoe leather and is a jaw workout .

Something has happened within the last 2-3 months! Maybe a new manager or bad New staff !? But this location has went down hill ….3 times ordered online and they did not put the garlic parmesan seasoning on crust!! I give cash tip !!! not online, so maybe when they don’t see an online tip they leave off something just to be an a%$hole!! I will be taking my business to a different location .

I made an app order on 8/20 for carry out that was scheduled for a pick-up at a later time. This was in preparation for my buddies who were kind enough to help with my move from Renton to Kent. Then I realized I overestimated the time we’d be done and ready for pizza so I called this location to see if the order could be bumped up. I spoke with Ryan who was nice and courteous on the phone, and accommodating about my situation at the time. He gave me an estimate time that I can come for the order, and it worked out perfectly. The employees at the store were helpful and Ryan was consistent from his over-the-phone to in-person service.
