I have never experienced service such as this in my life. We came in to this location to get an 8 piece chicken. They told us it will be 15min because they did not have enough chicken….more like 40min. Meanwhile people were coming in ordering chicken. Taking the chicken we were waiting for. Then the staff said they did not have enough legs for us after giving 2 different customers our order. After we complained, they gave our money back and some extra chicken. Since they gave is our money back. I can’t be too mad the chicken was over cooked. Hard and Dark. I am only mad at the waste of time and inconvenience for some nasty chicken

Well, while visiting family in Thomasville in JULY 2023. I had decided upon a quick Saturday morning breakfast. The drive-thru lien was super long. So dining inside was the best option. Pleasantly greeted by the employee. I ordered a DR PEPPER & bacon egg biscuit. I loved the biscuit. The texture, flavor, was flaky & fresh. Egg & sausage were seasoned well also. I didnt eat a lunch or dinner item. So, my review is based on this breakfast biscuit. Lol. So, yes, I’d recommend this particular Bojangles.

Went to Bojangles today with my mother. We ordered two 3 piece combos. After the order was placed I told the lady that I forgot to add a large dirty rice, she went and made the dirty rice and gave it to me for free. This was very sweet of her, and her overall customer service was great. Her name is Treasure and she deserves a 10. We need more wonderful people like Treasure working in fast food. 🙂

I really hate to write such a harsh review, but this place messed up my schedule. I stood in line for almost thirty minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged. People behind me in line gave up and walked out. I needed to get back to work, but I finally got an order. Only one lady was giving put orders and she had the drivethru people at a much higher priority. I had to wait quite a but more on my food. The one lady was unhappy and I heard her comment that she was the only one working which sadly was true. I saw several employees meander around but none of them did anything. Just her and one guy.

Every time I need to go in there for a delivery order there is always an issue with the staff being rude and disorganized and wait times are monumentally long! If you go here prepare to wait and then have your food handed to you like you’re the problem. Not sure why people get those jobs and then behave rudely to the ones keeping them in business

I went through the drive thru at 8:45pm. The drive thru was moving slowly. I informed the employee before ordering that I had a BOGO free Cajun Filet biscuit. I ordered fries and half and half tea.
