Honestly was blown away!! Ordered the beef and really enjoyed it. The food was flavorful and tender. I usually don’t love beef, but I really enjoyed this dish. Will definitely be coming back over and over again. Also tried a bite of my friend’s chicken, and it was SO tender and juicy.

Best Hawaiian food we’ve ever had! I recommend the mixed fish plate. It was so good I didn’t get to take a picture We came to town for our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to help us celebrate! They hand made fried Oreos for us as a gift. How sweet! Thanks guys ❤️

Authentic Hawaiian food experience in Waco, definitely one of its kind in the area. The new management / owners are passionate about delivering high quality ingredients and top notch experience for their customers. L&Ls can vary in quality from store to store but this one is the best one I’ve had by far. Ambiance is also great, you can tell they put a lot of thought into bringing the Hawaiian feel to Waco.

Great place! We order the BBQ Beef plate and BBQ short ribs plate. Both plates are so good! Great portion as well. The service is good, the staffs (or owners) are friendly and nice! It only takes around 10 mins to make the food, and the food are absolutely delicious! I love their menu that states calories. They have so many different kind of food, such as salad, bowls and so on. Also have Hawaii beverages! The store is cute and has two doors which is convenient. Will recommend!

I’m from Hawaii and grew up eating L&L all the time and this is the real deal. I got the Lava Chicken, very spicy but worth it to me. I was extremely impressed by the mac salad which you can get on any of the plates. Nothing can compete with L&L mac salad and this one tastes like it’s from Hawaii. The staff and owner are also very welcoming and nice to talk to!

Just driving through on a road trip and found this spot due to prior Google reviews. It was good stuff. My husband was only disappointed that it wasn’t the size of some Chinese style plates he’s gotten. Since what we got was about $15. But none the less. It was all yummy Glad we got to try it out. They even threw in bread when I asked for it. That was appreciated!

Had high expectations of this place. The restaurant was clean and the food came out in a good time. The chicken katsu was awesome I will say. The BBQ mix plate was okay. I wish there wasn’t so much fatty bits to the meat. The chicken, pork, beef, and ribs all had a lot of chewy fat which I wasn’t as much of a fan of. The flavors were great though. The macaroni salad was good but I wish it had a bit more flavor.
