We almost left as service was very slow. We were late to be greeted by our server, drinks took a long time and then waited for our bill. Our server as a person was friendly though. My eggs were good, however my hashbrowns were overcooked and I felt overcharged.

Service was super polite but he was constantly forgetting things. Maybe it was not his best day. Food was not the same as in other ihops. Plate was greasy, knife was dirty, the onions on my husband’s dish were raw.

I don’t usually give five stars often but let me tell you! I got the breakfast sampler and sweet crepe. Waiter was very kind and attentive. Food was excellent not too much but not too little if I go by that side of town I will go back! Worth every penny!

We were greeted right away, which is always a plus! The dining room was clean, our server was friendly, quick and efficient. She answered our questions about the menu and specials. Food came out quick and hot but we never felt rushed. Refills were done without having to be asked and dirty dishes were pre-bussed, which hardly ever happens anymore!

I went to IHOP lastnight with my husband. My order was fine, however his order; what was supposed to be a chicken fajita omelette did not look appealing at all. Very sloppy…the jalapeño was under the hashbrown which I found odd, the omelette didn’t have any cheese, salsa or sour cream on top, only a couple pieces of chicken. Very sloppy….I’m not sure if maybe the cooks aren’t trained to make breakfast orders at night but I don’t think I would visit Ihop at night ever again. I didn’t bring it to my waiters attn because my husband is one who doesn’t complain so this is why I am writing a review. It was a disappointment.

Food was great. It came quickly and the eggs were truly over medium, so the cooks have the skills. After a 15 minute wait, the hostess offered us a booth that fits 4, with a high chair, since we were 5. My kid is a huge 8yr old, so I told her I needed just a regular chair. Note-there were larger booths that just need to be cleaned. But, no big deal, we will take the small booth with a chair. They still brought us a high chair. LoL. We also had to remind the server several times of items we were missing, and the last things to arrive were the utensils. All that said, I would still return. They weren’t deal breakers! The fast delivery and quality of the food really stood out!

My wife and I have been to this IHOP a number of times and have always had a good experience. Last night was terrible! We went in at 5pm and the restaurant was empty. We stood at the hostess stand for a few minutes and I noticed the servers were sitting in a back room. I got their attention by waving and one came out to seat us. There were numerous dirty tables and we were sat next to one of them. It took forever to get our food and everything was cold. We wanted to tell our server but he never came back. We ate because we were hungry but it was terrible. When I got our check I asked to speak to the manager but the server never spoke with the manager until I asked a second time. I explained our poor service and cold food but nobody really cared. We will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Food wasn’t too bad, pretty standard for ihop. Service was friendly but had issues. The server didn’t give us refills (we asked). He also didn’t let us know about an upcharge on a certain substitution that wasn’t on the menu. Finally, he didn’t bring out a few items and sides we ordered and had to remind the waiter multiple times, and even then, didn’t get them. We finally gave up on some of the sides since we were finished eating and ready for the check, which unsurprisingly had us charged for things we didn’t order. It’s not a huge deal and easily corrected, but make sure to review your bill before paying.
