Its been a while but i stopped today after work. every time I’m here i can’t complain about service or the place. the tables are great, the restaurant itself is hidden away just off the gate. Its not loud. There’s TVs mounted on just every wall inside. With 2 pool tables in the back. You can’t complain about much of anything except an average menu. the selection is basic, i just had chicken tenders and waffle fries. Quick bite. honestly? Waffle fries were WAY too good for just fries. You get what you pay for. Good portions. I didnt finish my plate. What’s on these reviews is completely outdated. The pictures are outdated. But the service i got from Marissa and the cook, everyone there was amazing. Good people

Waitress/ service was great. Last reviews are years old.

For a sandwich and drink for $25 I do not expect slap fries and burned toast. Terrible food. Waitress was kind enough but on an airport you are not sending stuff back when you are ready to board. Sorry I did not read the reviews before.

Waitress was very kind. Food was good for what’s available at this airport. Don’t let the old reviews scare you.

I was hoping that this place wouldn’t be like the reviews say they are. But the food was terrible and the coffee was so bad that I couldn’t take more than a sip.

As the one sit down eatery in the Savannah airport, I had the displeasure of eating here around 5 times. The menu might as well be written on a white board because they are always out of something. Food is not good, service just okay. I just saw a table get cleaned and I’m pretty sure the cleaning liquid got on the top of the salt and pepper shakers. Usually out of produce and beer, luckily most everything is fried. In the end, this place still beats Burger King.

For the first time in my travels through Savannah airport, the experience at Dewar’s was very poor. My waitress was irritable, she did not clean tables and spent most of her time sitting in the corner typing on her phone. When we sat down the table was dirty as ere 7 other tables. She brought us 2 menu’s and proceeded to set them on the dirty table. I asked her to clean the table and without comment she went to the bar picked up a wet washcloth and wiped the table down. Now the entire table was wet and dirty. The menu’s were torn, tattered and stained. After we finished our appetizers and a beer, she brought us our bill and did not ask if we wanted anything more. I think we did get one smile. I would say pass on the visit but there are no other sit down places to grab a bite and a beer in the smaller airport. I am mainly writing to get the management to make changes as this has been a nice place in my past travels.

Couldn’t possibly be worse. Even on a scale of what you might expect at an airport, this place is awful. Service is slow and delivered by people who just don’t care. Food is mediocre. My order was wrong, and by the time it came out, it was just bad. Sucks that this is option you get for waiting in the gate area. If you want bad drinks, bad service and bad food, jump on in. Otherwise, stay away. If there were zero stars, that would be my rating.

They really need to learn how to describe menu items. We ordered the healthy breakfast meal which had yogurt, fruit and muffin. What they should have said was that the yogurt was on the bottom, topped with granola, honey and fruit- all together. The blueberry muffin listed in the menu was a cranberry bran muffin. Essentially nothing that we ordered.

Just don’t eat here. Small portions for ridiculous prices. Plus slow service and incomplete meals: they are always out of something, as previous reviewers said, but they still serve the meals with different or lacking ingredients. We had to go to Burger King afterwards to eat properly.. worst experience in Savannah.
