Their level of professionalism needs to improve. I had to ask the employee twice for fresh fries. As my party sat and ate, I watched the crew eat from the frybin in between taking drive-thru orders. During the 25 minutes we were there, no one ever ventured past the counter to complete a check of the lobby. If I had to guess, the restaurant has kids managing kids.

We ordered 2 double cheese burgers. They were very bizarre. The buns were completely stale. The meat was burnt to a crisp and cold. My friend threw their’s out and I choked half of mine down. This is not Carl’s Jr quality. Funny thing is my friend had never eaten there and never will again.

Ordered and paid for a double cheeseburger and a large lemonade. What I got was a single cheeseburger and a medium “lemonade”. More like water with lemon essence. Totally not worth $7.02. Won’t be back.

Burger was not fresh.. What happened to the hardboiled burger. Was more like boiled!! $21 too much. The new bacon western fries were so salty couldn’t eat them. Not going to Carl’s anymore!

Be aware they do not let you use giftcards here. Tried to use some that were given to me and they said they could see the money but it won’t let then take the money off the card. Manager seemed very annoyed someone was paying with a giftcard.

One of the few fast food outlets that gets my drive thru order completely correct 9 out of 10 times, I hope I stay lucky like that. Food was fresh, hot. Has the best fries next to in & out burger, or Wendy’s. Kept drive thru moving.

Currently sitting in the drive thru. Person taking my order was extremely rude, and I chose not to place an order. Still have to wait for the cars in front of me though. Attempted ordering the hot honey chicken combo, small, with zucchini. Total came to 14.71, price on menu was 10.79, I asked how the zucchini substitution was more than 4 dollars, thinking maybe there was confusion in my order. Was told “I don’t make the prices man” I responded fries are fine, after an audible frustration from the employee he asked if i wanted to keep the order the same or else hes got “ring it all up again.” AVOID THIS PLACE
