This is by far the best chipotle I have ever been to, the food presentation and taste is far better than any other store I’ve been to. The employees seem happy and work hard and make the experience great. They must have recently gone under new management cause the quality has only gotten better in the past few months. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area.

It’s a decent place to eat at. Lately ive been going there a lot but the most recent meal I have gotten I’ve been biting into very hard pieces. Stale rice and beans it might have been uncooked rice. But yeah I’ve been biting very hard pieces of rice and beans.

I use to love chipotle but after last night they will not be getting anymore of my money. I get the chicken bowl every time I go about twice a week my food started out at $11 went to 12 to 13 and some changes up to 15 one night the very next day up to $17.& some changes. Brown rice, chicken, tomatoes,avocado, cheese, corn, lettuce. I don’t understand how the same meal got up to $17.00 a bowl I will not be paying $20.00 a bowl with hair in my food not one’s but twice black hair. Sorry not Sorry.

Order Uber eats first mistake and I know the drive has to say my name for the order and they hand him a completely different name and now I’m out $40 bucks because they didn’t pay attention at the end of the night because they don’t care. So sad do better

I’ve been to this Chipotle several times before,and always enjoyed the food. However, today my experience here was terrible. There was trash everywhere. The tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped off since last year. They were out of cheese and corn and the cashier was talking to someone else rather than me the customer. We will not be back. So disappointed!

I visited the Chipotle on Turner McCall Blvd. in Rome.(2/20/2023) Some young guy was running the cash register ( only 2 people working front- 1 preparing food and the other running cash register) and he charged my card twice. He was joking and playing around with the person preparing my food. As much as I love Chipotle, I will never go back to the Turner McCall Blvd. location.
