Ordered 5 Pcs. Chicken Strip PLatter, service was excellent but Chicken Strips that were served was old stock, Dry and Chewey, it looks horrible! Complained to server on Counter and was promptly serviced by replacing it with freshly cooked Chicken, it took a few minutes but rather wait than put up with what was served earlier. Manager/Owner should have known better than serving substandard old Cooked Chicken strips which in turned ruined your Brand!!!

Chicken sandwiches are made fresh. The most negative and disappointing thing is the order placing and order fulfillment. I have come to this location during the day and early evenings. Every single time, it takes what feels like “forever” to place an order and to get the order fulfilled. Zero sense of urgency. Staff is nice and courteous but my goodness there needs to be a sense of timely delivery and service. It moves at a snail pace. Please help them do better!!!

Went there for 50 min before closing. And ordered and seemed soo upset. Then got our food and charged us for everything we asked for, ranch, bbq, honey mustard! Not to mention they gave a ton to the guy in front of my and my pregnant wife. Power trip manager and charging for sauce!!! And even upset and trying to charge for free hot sauce and hk eeh. He’s whack. Avoid this store. They only care about they own pockets

Ordered popcorn shrimp combo and the shrimp is all I should have ordered! Fries were cold and thrown into bottom of the bag! I’m sorry I wasn’t talkative to associates, had a horrible day! But the employees were too busy gossiping to each other, then attending to a customer!

Such an absurd behavior. Ordered 14pc and 2 sides but only got 2 sides. Then after arguing they threw vulgar language and even threw the receipt into my mom’s hand. 24$ for 2 fries?? They refused to give refund and told my family to call our bank. Just called customer support with videos because this is unacceptable!!!! Get Martha fired!!!

I ordered 5 pieces bone-in chicken with two sides and two biscuits. The order was handle pretty quickly and the chickens were crispy, soft and juicy. Unlike the order I had a month before, the chickens were all dried up and hard. As if the chickens has been there for half a day already. I was very hesitant to go back again because of my last experience, but it was the only one nearby. And thank god it was better this visit.
