Simple, fresh, consistently good. Various marinated meat options to pile into a burrito, quesadilla. I want to try their tamales. I noticed a sign on my most recent visit that they are now offering air-fryer cinnamon churros. Sounds like something I need to also try. They are quick and efficient- usually a two or three person team behind the counter. Several beverage options. We enjoy our burritos from Boca Grande. Ingredients have always been fresh.

I love this place. They have a great menu & their staff has their prep line down to a smooth science. Their prices are reasonable & the food is delicious. Definitely recommend coming here any time you’re in the mood for Mexican & be ready for a delicious meal.

Asked for extra onions and heard the server mumble “chinga tu madre” under his breath. I may be white but I can use Google Translate lol. Food is mediocre. Service is trash. I offered to pay for a lil extra onions, weird place. Not coming back again. Would rather go to Los Amigos or Annas!

I got the tostada with spicy chicken. Tiny portions (same price as a burrito) and wildly underseasoned. Not sure what they’re doing. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ate lunch here today. Hate giving a 1-star reviews but while it was clean, that was sadly all Boca Grande had going for it. No smiles or greetings and only frowns ruled the faces of all 3 employees working. I asked for hot sauce (even en español) and was not told but “pointed” towards a shelf on the wall with bottled sauces—even after I repeated twice I was asking for a homemade hot sauce like nearly every other taco joint in the world from Boston to San Diego and beyond, she pointed with a frown.

I miss the old Boca grande in Coolidge corner. Glad they still have one around. Wish there were more Bocas around.. Authentic barbacoa and spicy chicken ranchero.. No other place has this type of menu options, at least not in the surrounding area. Very nice selection, pars with Anna’s taqueria, though Boca might have the upper hand with the barbacoa option…

Burrito is the only thing worth getting, maybe the bowl too. Otherwise, the portions are small for the price (9$ for a single small tostada with scant toppings), somewhat bland food without adequate seasoning, and a grumpy staff member who I was unable to fully communicate with due to language barrier.

The food is quite good. The plate is large, very satisfied with it. The Babacue beef is perfect.
