First and last time here. We came here specifically for the beignets and what a disappointment. We waited a long time to get them but once we received them they were tiny and hard. We had 2 orders. After asking about how they looked different from the pictures and traditional beignets a person who we thought was a manger explained “this is what we have now and that’s it” She was extremely rude and condescending… she later offered me a refund which i accepted. She asked me to put the food back on the counter and took them back. Fine. When i asked for her name she refused and said I didn’t need it and shes just a chef there. If you’re going there for the beignets please don’t because it’s a waste of time. They have poor customer service and food not as expected.

I won’t be back. This is not a “real” cafe. It’s 1 kitchen cooking for 6 different restaurants. I guess it’s really designed to order online and then pick up or have it delivered. They’re online menu and website not really clear about this. I stopped in thinking it was a cafe, to get a coffee and try a biscuit. There was watered down coffee out of a gas station style pump carafe. The worst part was what happened with the biscuit. I waited over 20 minutes to get a plain biscuit. The real problem is there was one staff member in the kitchen cooking for six restaurants. He was totally overwhelmed with online orders and I just waited for 17 minutes until I asked the cashier about my biscuit and she said it would be a while longer. I said that’s crazy I just ordered a biscuit to go I thought you could just grab it. I don’t understand how this place gets the good reviews it does. It might be 3 stars if you order ahead for takeout.

After my brothers ice cream cone was given to the wrong sibling, they replaced it with no extra cost. Overall the food itself was really good and the customer service was also outstanding. 10/10 would recommend giving a visit if your in the area.

We’ve only been here once, and we enjoyed it! We ordered by phone for pickup and it was ready pretty quick. One of our sandwiches was not correct (it came with egg but we didn’t ask for egg on it). Luckily the egg was easy to take off as it was for a kid who doesn’t like eggs. We ordered 2 sets of beignets, and one was supposed to have caramel sauce but it did not. I can’t vouch for the taste/quality because I’ve never had beignets before.

Great customer service, however my breakfast chicken and gravy sandwich was very bland and dry. The beignets were tasteless and cold. I also requested two sauces which I paid for and they were not included in my to-go order. Very disappointed after reading such good reviews. Maybe I came on a bad day but unlikely to return.

No beignets when we went, purpose of the trip. We had already decided to get some chicken. Did the Nashville heat. My companion was impressed with his tenders. I fell in love with the fried chicken. Juicy and tasty. Coleslaw was different but good. Will be going back for sure.

Best breakfast I’ve had in forever. We got cafe au laits, beignets with caramel bourbon sauce, feta spinach croissant, and chicken biscuit with gravy and honey. Everything was perfect and staff were all very nice and friendly, reasonable prices. I love this place.
