They constantly get the order wrong and we have to go back or wait for them to fix it.. and not like they didn’t add something. They give us the whole wrong items. They even forgot to put cinnamon and sugar on the cinnamon bites. Just horrible all the way around.

Oh wow! Cashier was attentive and so kind! It’s very rare to have such a good experience at a fast food restaurant. Left the wendy’s next door because the service was abhorrent. Such a refreshing change of energy coming to this location. It’s not the food at all, it’s the people!

Please educate your management. They are unaware that many items can be grilled. The manager refused to grill my 5 layer burrito.. or any other item other than the grilled chicken Burrito which she claimed was the only grilled item available. Please educate this lady Shalonda someone.

This location is terrible. They don’t have bacon for their breakfast items, no breakfast sauce, NO COFFEE. How can a company advertise certain items and then the locations don’t have them? The burrito I got had the egg all on one side and the cold cheese and potatoes on another. Will never eat breakfast here again!!

I ordered a power bowl, I asked for the rice and beans on the side, which comes in the power bowl. I was told no, they would not do that. I asked why, and I was told thst if I wanted rice and beans on the side, I would have to pay extra for them. I told them it came with the power bowl so it shouldn’t be considered extra. They told me, no,.they wouldn’t do it. I left. I had a huge order and that was the only special request. I spent my money at Wendy’s which was next door.

Came in to have lunch at this tacobell while going to Lake Charles. The employees did not greeted or say anything. First words were “what you want”. The employee had an attitude. Such a bad attitude. Also being a vegetarian some of the tacobell charge you when you sub meat to beans. That policy I never understood. So what we do is get the meat on side and beans on our food. Such a waste of food and money and container. That plate of meat is going in garbage. Also the bathroom soap dispenser was broken. Pic attached.
