My family and I pulled through the drive through at 9:45pm last night. This place closes at 10:00pm. They had a paper sign on the intercom to pull up to the window as the intercom was not working. We waited at the window for someone to come to it. We saw two employees in the building who chose to ignore us. No one came to the window, not even to tell us they decided to close early or whatever excuse they wanted to use to not attend to us. Instead, they hid from us thinking we could not see them. As we pull away we could clearly see the employees watching us drive away.

With inflation prices are way up. Therefore one would expect the order to be correct. I spent over $30 for 8 pieces of chicken and an order of fried okra. I got eight pieces of over cooked dark meat. Didn’t get the jalapeño I was charged $0.59 for.

Food is usually good here, that’s not what I’m giving 1 star for. This place needs more employees! Waited in line with 3 cars for 35 MINUTES! If I wanted to wait in line for that long I might as well go to Disney World! WORK ON THIS. I would’ve left if I wasn’t stuck in line. They even park employee cars next to the drive through to keep people from leaving!

Church’s gets it right, they fry their chicken to a nice golden brown. Too often , I’ve been disappointed in other places because the chicken is overdone and it’s too dark. Or it’s been sitting under a lamp too long and it’s dried out. My order today was very flavorful juicy, and and just the right amount of crisp. Their jalapenos are on Point as well as their biscuits. Every time I come here I usually go through the drive-thru and you’re always very friendly. Today I went inside to eat and again they were very friendly. The only complaint that I have about this location is it run down and needs some money spent updating it and the parking lot it’s atrocious. But the food, the food is good

Now ya’ll I love Church’s Fried Chicken, but I won’t lie, I was in this location and I was so disappointed. It stunk, and it didn’t smell like chicken. I couldn’t even use the facilities and to top it off, the 2 ladies running this store could not communicate with me. I walked out. I absolutely went to McDonald’s. Go look at my review for that store.

I like churches chicken but due to the under cooked chicken at this location I am my wife will not be returning to this one. The lady that took our order seemed to be a B. Maybe she was having a bad day. The dipping sauces are limited to two. Was not asked if we wanted any. We had to ask. My wife has sickness from the chicken. The biscuits were ok. But really couldn’t taste the honey in the butter. I didn’t ask for the manager cause I didn’t think one was there. I would not recommend going there. And maybe if someone lives in fort Smith maybe they will contact the health department about my review. NOT A GOOD IDEA TO GO TO THIS LOCATION. I would rather drive to Muskogee for better food and service.
