I’m not sure what the taco bell in peru indiana did. But the taco shells tasted like they were spayed with a chemical. They were horrible. I threw them in the trash and will never return to that store. Taco Johns gets my business from now on. And i hate to say that because Taco John’s is the most expensive tacos around

Forgot part of the order and half the food was cold. When I called about it they let it ring for about 8 rings picked it up and immediately hung up. Called right back to let them know food was missing and part of it was cold. Told me that isn’t possible because the line is reading at the right temp and got a serious attitude. Asked about the missing food and was told they can remake it. I just wanted refunded for the missing item at this point and was told they can’t do that. Every time we go here minus ones or twice we have had an issue with the food and nothing gets done.

Service and orders are good most of the time. I had the experience of a 25 minute wait time for a mobile order when I selected pick up inside. I asked to speak to the manager when I finally got my order. I was told that drive thru orders were filled first. Now I always order drive thru pick up for my mobile orders.
