I use to stop by twisters twice a week because I love there smothered breakfast burritos. There is a new employee now that makes the smallest burritos so After the second time this happened I’ve decided not to go back. That burritos is the size of my tiny keychain wallet and those fries are supposed to be chili fries. She asked if I wanted queso or shredded cheese lol??Total rip-off. It’s the white girl with the dark hair that works in the morning. Drive off if you see her.

New employees every time I come here. Common language is F— this and F— that. Prices have gone up. Quality is almost zero. Beans are barely cooked. Fried rice was mush. Portion sizes are tiny – enchiladas are the size of street tacos. Half the sodas are out. Their AC doesn:t work. In a sit-down restaurant, every order is in takeout boxes; no plates or silverware. Garnishments are missing. Tables dirty/sticky. Seats uncomfortable. Outside of the building looks like the inside of a dumpster… how about power washing once a decade. Maybe a cleaning agent/surfactant on things? I’d hate to think about what the cooking area looks like. I should have just stayed home; I feel all dirty and sad, now.

Food was pretty good. Got the green chile burger and the scorpion ranch crispy chicken sandwich. There being no obvious restroom available kinda sums up this place.

First time visitor, we were looking for something different and quick. The lady working the counter was great and took time explaining all the options. In the end, it was a huge serving. It wasn’t bad for a fast food place and worth the price.

Rarely go here, but I’d do like my carni burritos with meat, cheese, and onions only, no potatoes. They typically make it as I ask. Thus, time chili sauce leaked through the wrapping and had to literally peal the wrapping off the tortilla. It was not good.

Service was slow to get my order while nobody was in front of me. When I got to the front they forgot my order and I had to repeat it. They need more friendly training on customer service. Meat was terribly dry. They didn’t know how to roll a burrito. I’ll never come back to this location again. Lost my service. Going to stripes from now on seems like a better option. If I wanted a bad burrito for $15 I would have gotten it off central from a homeless person.

I love this location, due to I worked here before. But when time went on the value of the place went down. Like today, I ordered an El Niño Combe, but apparently that has been gone. Okay.. but the workers charge me 2 burritos (el Nino) and two coffees, over $10! Wow, even it was just me. I ask about how my old boss was doing and nonchalant,” whow, she got into an accident today!”. … I love this place, but it’s going a little down hill when I come back and do a review.

What a fun discovery. I’d never heard of Twisters before and I was delighted by the food here. The serving size is generous and the staff were very friendly.

This location makes great burritos but its hit and miss for the accuracy of the order. Many times I’ve asked for red chile, only to find green or none at all. Please have cashiers double check with the kitchen staff and remind them what was ordered and to verify accuracy before handing off to customers.
