A great place in Roswell for Pastas and Pizzas. They have a kiosk to place your order and I love that you can customise your food! This is my second visit here and everything we had so far has tasted pretty good. I would definitely recommend the Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp and if you like to keep it light you could try the Mediterranean style pasta. The portion sizes for pasta are perfect for a single person enjoying your meal whilst not feeling too stuffed. The ambience is casual cafe style, serving freshly baked food, with a well priced menu.

We happened to stop in Roswell and found this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. We were greeted immediately by the staff and they were very friendly. The quality of the ingredients are there. Their pasta, sauces, and bread are made in-house. The ingredients for the pasta and pizza are fresh as well. There is a kiosk you can order at which we found very convenient. The interior is very spacious with an open kitchen. My Wife and I both got the build your own combo for 13.00 which gives you your pasta choice, sauce, protein, and 6 additional ingredients. The dish also comes with a piece of freshly baked baguette that is AMAZING. The portion sizes are also very generous. I highly recommend this place if need your pasta fix (my wife gets those a lot), without the $20+ dollar price tag or sacrificing flavor.

Took my little girl to the American Pasta Factory. She ordered pizza and I ordered chicken fettuccine with added shrimp, and veggies. Since it was our 1st time, one of the guys came from behind the counter to assist. The service was pretty fast. The restaurant was pretty quiet because there weren’t many people. The pizza was good but a little too charred on the bottom. The fettuccine looked and smelled amazing bit I felt like the pasta was a bit undercooked. I wanted to love it but couldn’t get past the texture of the pasta. I would try it one more time to see if it were just a fluke. Other than that, it was just an ok experience.

Stopped by for lunch while car in shop down the street…and it was perfect and delicious…the ingredients are so fresh, made to order, portions are big. A personal pizza was plenty for 2. Friendly staff and very clean environment.

Food was amazing and family loved it. Only thing that lacked was the ordering system. They only had 2 kiosks and it took about 20 min just to put our orders in so could be more efficient. The tables were also oddly sticky maybe because of the material.

I passed by this place many times at least once a week not knowing the amazing food that they prepare. There are so many options to choose from but for my first visit with a friend I choose the “build your own” option. I was not disappointed all. They guys in the kitchen were kind and helpful with any questions I had. They provided great and friendly service.

The food is good! We had the chicken fettuccine Alfredo with fire roasted tomatoes. It was delicious, and the portion size was generous. We also tried the pizza. It was very tasty. The cheese pull was everything I expected. I would definitely recommend American Pasta Factory for its food quality, seamless ordering technology and cleanliness.

I ordered online, but you can use the kiosk.I loved the pasta, it was so fresh. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with veggies. All of the ingredients seemed fresh. I had pasta my way. I received good service. My SO loved his pasta as well. We wil be back. Definitely try this restaurant if you haven’t.
