I am not sure where it became common for fast food to demand a tip. The front counter female was upset she did not receive a tip just for taking our food order. The worker made it known she did not receive a tip while my wife was still at the counter and then again while waiting at our seat for the food to be made. Tips are earned and not just to be expected. She was very rude and vocal about not receiving one. The rest of the staff were very nice and friendly and almost apologetic for their fellow worker. If you want to earn tips, try for a business/restaurant where you actually wait on people and provide a dining experience. You do not see people at McDonalds, Wendy’s, Freddy’s demanding tips. Overall the food was good. I can’t remember the front staffs name but she had short hair and glasses. Because of her actions I will probably take my almost 50 dollars I spent on fast food and go somewhere else.

If you can get passed the extreme salty in my salty order. The tenders taste like the chemical the man used to clean fryers or something. My kids didn’t even eat it and they love tenders over everything. Poor quality the 3 times I went.

This restaurant is okay. The chicken is good but a bit bland for me. I like spicy chicken so Popeyes is better for me. If you like non spicy chicken and good size portions for your money, then this is the place for you.

They used to have good food for a great price. I never once had an issue there. But ever since their prices went up their food has been horrible. I got food their yesterday the chicken was super small, cold and old. I used to get fresh and hot food no matter what time. That will be my last going there.

They have good service, but I bought a family combo of tenders, they were old, hard, bad smell and taste… It’s the second time it’s happened to us… They didn’t give utensils and napkins… The first time was at 101 W Stan Schlueter Loop, the chicken was rotten.. we returned it and they gave us fresh chicken.. How is it possible that they sell bad food You should know if the chicken is fresh, or not .. It’s unfortunate but twice is enough, I will NOT buy anything from you again and I do NOT recommend them either ..

This is my neighborhood Bush’s. It is starting to go downhill for quality of food and cost. Not sure what’s going on with them, but definitely a noticeable difference over the last year or so. Additionally, no prices listed any longer so they can charge you whatever they want and you will never know it. Fortunately, I’m a regular here so I know when there is a difference in price. I asked and they said they pulled the prices off the menu because it keeps changing. I understand, but what makes that fair to your customers to not know what they are paying up front for your food.
