Ordered a Bacon Ranch Mcrispy and when I went to remake it it before eating it, I found tape or some kind of clear plastic paper. I went back and had them remake it, just for my new sandwich not to have lettuce. Like seriously.? Also no manager came to the window or apologized, they acted as if it was normal.

This McDonald’s is reliably terrible. Every single time I have been here, they have forgotten items from my order or given me the wrong food. They make careless errors in preparation as well. I used to work at McDonald’s, so I understand the demanding pace and I sympathize with the employees, but there’s no excuse for sending out a bagel sandwich that’s wet and soggy from sauce that you covered the outside of the bagel in. It happened often enough that I’m starting to wonder if it’s intentional. I go out of my way now to drive to a McDonald’s a few miles further so that I can get the correct food. I suspect the problem is with the GM.

Check you order!. Once a week I always order the same thing. One Steak Bagel meal with one extra breakfast burrito. When i l got home and looked in the bag this is what was in the bag: Last week: Double Beacon bagel, no burrito which I paid for. This week: Chicken biscuit and no hash brown. This place is severely understaffed every time I go in, there is nobody at the counter to take the order and those who could I see sitting on their phones by the fryers, they also seem to not bother stirring the McFlurrys lol, the other day I had to pick up some food for the house and as per usual there had been no one at the counter after 3 minutes I ordered from the kiosk thingy and I watched the lady put ice cream in a cup and drop a few Oreo crumbs on it then she took the rest of the order and (with the most I don’t want to be here expression) tossed it on the counter with zero regard for me standing there, I mean I understand it’s not a good job but damn can’t you put on a face once in awhile

Food orders are ALWAYS wrong and if they are correct, the fries are greasy and not fresh and they give you so much ice in your cup so you barely have the drink you ordered! Shabby and won’t be back unless it’s the last resort!!

Terrible service..they took forever in the drive-thru.. I had asked for a slushie…it was melted for waiting so long. Then I checked my order and on top of things…they got the order wrong..shame on me for not double checking…I guess I was anxious to get home before the food got colder..and the slushy turning in to soup.oh and the person in the drive didn’t even apologize for the long wait. She looked absolutely miserable working there. This McDonald’s needs to work on their CSR skills… customer curiosity…. work a bit faster in the drive thru.. I get it we are all human and trying our best. BUT AN APOLOGY GOES A LONG WAY!!
