I would highly recommend! Really great customer service. They had over 20 orders and got ours done within 5 mins. We had a gift card that wasn’t loaded and had never been used. Without hesitation, they recognized what was wrong and immediately made it right. We will be going here again.

I get them ordered to my work every Saturday. Never disappoints. Today there were a few mistakes, but they gave me my new sandwich in SHOCKING FAST TIME!! And a free cookie and chips. I love Jimmy Johns, only sub place in town with roast beef. Yum.

Unfortunately my husband had his first and only experience here tonight. First time ordering online for delivery. We called 2 times to see the status. The order was placed at 6:45pm. We just now got it at 8:40pm. We had ordered 3 subs an only got 2. I’m very upset. We will be taking our business somewhere else from now on.
