I ordered original recipe and received way overcooked fried chicken and very dry chicken. I didn’t check until I was home. I didn’t want to come back there either to wait for 30 minutes. My husband doesn’t really have faith with KFC, so he doesn’t expect anything different. I also requested for plates but didn’t get it. It’s sad that the quality of their food is going down. Oh well, I know to stay away from this KFC or maybe all KFC from now on.

Best pieces of fried chicken I ever put in my mouth! ❤️ The dozen pieces option was split between two buckets, 6 pieces in each bucket. Although the food was okay, the smell in the parking lot is of rotting garbage, and the parking lot has trash strewn throughout the entire area. Service was fine at the counter by the gentleman who waited on us , but the atmosphere was horrible when a woman employee came out to the dining area yelling expletives which included the F word, and commenting that she hated working at this place. Very uncomfortable dining in such an environment.

I ordered an 8 piece bucket meal and didn’t get any biscuits with it, not a big deal. The girl at the register with the purple braid was my issue. She had an attitude for no reason. And I think you guys should have the 12 piece meal close to dinner time just an fyi.

How hard is it to get a 3 piece chicken only order correct? Well for this store it took waiting for 10 minutes and then I told them the bag he was handing me looked wrong. He said no handed it to me and closed the window. Well it was coleslaw and some type of bowl meal. When I went back he then decided to give me some cold chicken. SMH

I ordered a chicken pot pie at drive thru. The chicken pot pie may have been the worst pot pie that I have ever had in my life due to it having been cooked for a long time and to add to it with a chicken bone in it! The employee at the window gave me the pie in a bag; no utensils or napkins. Perhaps she was tired. I am a firm believer in treating people how I would like to be treated. If it’s something you would not eat don’t do it to others.

Well, KFC has their new chicken sandwich and since I’m such a fan of the Popeye’s chicken sandwich I wanted to see how it stacked up. So I stopped by this location and went through the drive-thru, first I’ll have to say that the lady running the drive-thru was just a hoot. She was super nice and when I pulled up she cracked some jokes with me. This location has been here forever I even remember when it used to be a A&W / KFC. With the remodeling that they’ve done it looks pretty clean and well kept. So I got the spicy chicken sandwich combo with fries and unsweet iced tea. First I was rather impressed with the size of the chicken. They had some spicy sauce drizzled on the top and bottom of the bun in a couple of pickles. Overall it was pretty tasty and moist. I still think the Popeye’s chicken sandwich is better but I’ve also tried the new McDonald’s chicken sandwiches and those things are disgusting. I’ve never had KFC fries before I usually get mashed potatoes. I thought they were pretty crispy I’m kind of tasted more like a potato wedge then a french fry, at least to me but I liked that. So overall I would say it’s worth trying their chicken sandwich and this was a good and competent location.

My service was polite and my food was great! And may I say it is one of the cleanest restaurants around. Well apparently that used to be the case. Today I had a employee take my order and directly proceed to crunch up wax paper to place in my popcorn chicken boxes. Ah no, she did not wash her hands. I asked another employee if those containers were for my order he said yes. I explained exactly what happened asked him to remove the papers and still NOTHING. The I got the person’s attention that took my order. Again explained, asked her to remove the papers explaining that the contact issue was absolutely disgusting. ♀️ She proceeds to go for the chicken without REMOVING THE WAX PAPER. At this point how many people do you have to explain the same darn thing. And still were going to put the chicken on the contaminated wax paper. Starving or not I had to ask for a refund!! Simply ridiculous……..
