The restaurant setting is great. The views, the atmosphere all very nice. The service was good when the staff is at the table but a little lacking when they are not. Have to fight to get their attention when something is needed, like a bar refill. The food was pretty unremarkable just okay. Tastes like a lot of pre-packaged ingredients are used to make the sauces and dressings. Was still nice and had a good time. But if you are not staying at the resort I’m not sure it would be worth the trip to try. If the kitchen could step up the food it would be much better

We made a girls’ trip to the Red Mountain Resort, and we really loved the breakfast, lunch, and dinner options that came with our stay package. Breakfast was so convenient and delicious (biscuits and bacon were my favorite lol). Lunch was also delicious, and there were a lot of great meals to choose from for dinner, ranging from vegetarian, gluten free, and traditional. The restaurant also has a convenient side counter/shop with ready made meals like sandwiches when I was in between meal hours. I can’t remember everything I had, but the cauliflower steak with tomatoes was SO SO YUMMY, and my steak/fries and salmon/lentils were tasty. Don’t pass up the brownie! You’d never miss the gluten in it… Yes, the brownie is THAT GOOD. Also, the cauliflower appetizer is definitely worth it but beware the peppers have a kick to them. And, the outside patio is really pretty and peaceful.

My wife and I ate here for our first time today (June 11, 2023), and we were a little disappointed. We had a reservation and were seated quickly, and our server brought us out a few small slices of bread, which was nice. However, despite the restaurant being nearly empty, they took an incredibly long time for the food to make it out to us. And, unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the wait. I ordered the steak ($32), and my wife ordered a vegetarian pasta dish. The steak was overcooked, dry, and cold, and my wife’s dish lacked almost any flavor at all. We also ordered the prickly pear margarita, and it was very bitter. The saving grace for the place is that our server was very kind and offered to replace my steak with something different, which I took him up on. I got the shrimp scampi pasta instead, and it was actually very good.

Awesome experience here last weekend. At first glance the menu prices seem a little pricey, but after we ordered the Salmon… we quickly realized that it was well worth the price. Very fresh and delicious. We also had amazing customer service with our server Lake who after noticing our tired toddler made these 2 origami animals (dragon and frog) for my son, who was super excited about them. This level of service went above and beyond what was expected, and for this reason I will definitely be returning. Not to mention the setting is spectacular surrounded by the Red Rock.

First time at this restaurant – was very impressed with the food! Our server told us they have a new Chef… and he clearly knows what he is doing! The dish was not simply delicious but had layers and depth of flavor I didn’t expect to ever find in St George, Utah. I can’t wait to go back (despite the service needing help).

I love this place. The food isn’t quite as good as it was several years ago. The ambience and fireplaces. So cozy. Always a great dining experience and healthy options. My only complaint is that they no longer offer grass fed beef on the menu. The steak I ordered today was just not good. Not a quality cut of beef but everything else is wonderful here.

First time going here ,now that it is open to the public ,we will be taking all of our out of town guests here going forward! Patio view of the red rock mountains and beautiful water fountain give a great ambiance! The omelet station was quick and easy and super tasty! The mimosas with lavender are very refreshing! The homemade focaccia bread with prickly pear butter was to die for! And I never eat bread and butter when I’m out, but I ante every last bite of this stuff! Our group shared the avocado toast, southwest biscuits and gravy, grilled peaches and burrata with tomatoes. It all was fantastic! Our server was Reonna and she was flawless! Chef Chris Park has all the flavors and presentations on point! Lots of healthy options and that is hard to find! Definitely recommend to give this place a try!

Menu didn’t accurately describe what came on plate. I.e., grilled summer peaches-peaches weren’t ripe, ruby red trout – rainbow trout was delivered

We have been regular buffet customers, but recently they have cheapened the selections markedly. No matter how nice the environment It’s no longer worth $63 for 2 people
