Came from Texas to enjoy Chicago.. arrived about 1:25 Sunday.. doors locked and said open at 2pm, I waited and I waited 3pm passed doors still locked, people in building… People Avoid this place.. Customer service is the worst… if I could give it Negative Stars I would.. Unprofessional
