We love the taste and it could be so perfect. We order half and half all the time. Well almost every time the “regular” amount of salami is like you’re missing salami at all on like half of the half of pieces of pizza! Happened twice now And today we had a very uneven half and half. It was more like 3/5 and 2/5 It would be so great if attention would’ve paid to these small but significant details. We love the taste. And review is definitely open for updates so….. ❤️

On top of a long wait time. Which was because they messed up my pizza even though there was nobody else but me in the store. Which happens but when I got home and cooked it I realized that it was more like a large and not a family size I payed for.

i’ve been going here for a very long time & have never had a bad experience. staff always greets in coming customers, have orders ready on time, & present a great face for the chain. products are always consistent & pizza & salad options are as fresh as can be. i have friends that live in other eugene neighborhoods, but come up to the river road store for carry out. their coupons & specials are a real bonus. i’d be very upset if this location were ever to leave the santa clara area. i have one wish — & that’s that they offer an option of pre-cooked pizzas, maybe for an extra charge (in summer i’d pay $1-$2 more not to have to use my stove). kudos to a chain that knows exactly how important it is to provide a consistently high quality product while making the customer feel valued.

Beyond disappointed in my order today. My partner placed an online order under Laura for 6:30. I arrived to pick up the order at 6:30 and announced i was there for Laura. I was sat and waited for 20 minutes and then approached the desk to be told that our last pizza (of two) was sitting behind him on the table…and it was half made with no one actively making it. This entire time I’m watching people come and go with their pizzas well after I arrived. It’s about 6:55 now and I placed the order for 6:30 pick up at 5:43. At 7:00 he finally finishes making the pizza and sends me with just the pizzas without any of our sides drinks or desserts. So i had to come back in to get the rest of our order. We weren’t offered anything to make this right, just a half hearted “sorry”. As of now I would absolutely not recommend this place. Part of working in customer service, is knowing that when you make a mistake like that, you make it right. I try not to be a Karen, but these guys were just not on it at all tonight.

Always good and always well made. Friendly staff, I’ve heard good things about the owner and his treatment of the young people who work there. Nice selection of options for toppings and crust, thin crust is my all time favorite. The Family size specials at $10 make getting a weeknight treat a lot easier for those of us on a pension. I’d give them 11 stars, but the stars only go to five.
