Waffle House is not typically known for standouts and such; but when we went to WH #2175 on Braselton Hwy last weekend, standout is what we got! Now, it was still your typical Waffle House…with some greasy floors here and there, but let me tell you, our food and service made up for that! When our food came out, it tasted amazing! The cook was great, but there was a slight miscommunication on our order. Our incredible server Mark (more on him in a sec) took care of the issue right away.

We went to this location about a year ago and it wa terrible. Thought we would give it another try and what a difference!! The staff was friendly and inviting. The service was great. The food was GREAT! The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Can’t say enough! If you haven’t been to this location you need to go!!!!!

Outstanding service! I was greeted at the door by warm salutations and smiling faces then was quickly sat by my server Ms. Canndy and had my refreshing drink all within the first five minutes of my entering the store. The food was cooked perfectly to my liking. 10/10 would recommend.

Check your receipts. They’re charging $6.00 for to go service and $4.78 for to go containers even if you order in person and simply leave with the food. The point of sale then also asks for a tip. Three All Stars (now $11.00) and a Texas Chicken Melt plate — $57. And a $6 tip makes $63! C’mon.

I went yesterday for a take out order and as I was waiting, an employee was putting her finger and hand in her mouth messing with a tooth for 3 min. She’s a white heavy set young lady. If you see her, run!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes. She had no gloves on then proceeded to put gloves on after not washing her hands and started making food. I wanted to tell everyone not to eat anything she touched! This is so disgusting and I will never eat here again! I also let another employee know she did this and she didn’t even stop her all she did was say ok and looked at me funny. Never again!!!

Thanks for ignoring me as I stood in line at the register as the server checkout 2 guests in front of me. I was the 3rd in line. Didnt order food or even get sat at a table. All the staff just ignored me.

I don’t know what happened to this waffle house. Last time I visited one year ago and was amazing. Right now it seems all of them are confused and don’t know what are they doing. It’s completely a mess. So dirty, no management, bad food quality. One simple breakfast took 1.5 hours. I was seated for 45 minutes to order. A lady was washing the dishes behind the bar and was splashing dirty water to our food.

Went to this location (next to GA Gun Club) for breakfast. Haven’t been to this one in a while and not much has changed. The cook and server were more interested in having their own conversation between them and I’m assuming a “regular ” customer. The server came over and took our order. He even “thanked” us for knowing what we wanted without taking too long to decide, and left to give the order to the cook. He actually complained to us about not liking it when customers take too long looking at the menu and taking too long to decide what they want to order. He then told the cook our order and continued their conversation the entire time that we were there! I mean, I can understand if you want to talk to your coworker when not busy, but there were diners in the store and yet, they continued on. The atmosphere felt like we were a “third wheel” rather than customers. On a positive note, at least there was no awkward silence…

They almost always forget to even start cooking my order. I have to point out that my food isn’t even on the grill almost every time. It doesn’t matter who is serving or cooking because there is no communication or collaboration.
