Witnessed them dumping old Frostiest that had been sitting on the counter, for what I assume were pick up orders and were not picked up back into the frosty machine. Which is definitely against several food safety regulations. This gave us the cringe & made us wonder what other food violations they are willing to do to cut cost. On top of that they told us our order was taking longer because they were waiting on fries & yet all of our fries in our order were cold and soggy. Won’t be returning to this location again.

Tried to work here. 1st day on the line. The fryer vents werent working so the resturant was unhealthily smokey. Anyway, The manager Sara, was complaining the entire time, in a very hostile, unfriendly manor, and was cursing alot. Ssid the f word like 12 times. You know you could treat people a lot nicer and they wouldn’t constantly quit on you. That was nuts. Worse boss I ever had. That was super unprofessional, and I will never eat at wendys again. I thought you were gonna be nice, I was really looking forward to working here. You should have some manners, that was intense. Just hostile and unfriendly. Gee that was unbelievable. Someone is clearly miserable and lets people know it. At least don’t curse, and complain so damn much. I don’t know how sam etc let you talk to them like that. It’s MINIMUM WAAAAGE!!!!! NO WAY am I gonna work there and let you abuse me. Heck no, i can do way better, and I will. Shame on you.

Just left the drivethru. OMG. Asked for fresh fries. 2 of the fries they gave me was fresh. The last fry they sneaked in a old fries. My drinks are filled to the top with ice and has soda sitting on top of the lid ready to spill in my car.

This was the third time my food was wrong. Ordered no pickles, and they consistently put those nasty things on my food. This last time that was all I got on my burger. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions, just those nasty little green discs that ruin the flavor of anything they touch.

I’m not sure if it’s company policy to hire stupid incopetent and very slow people, but all 3 times I’ve been there, the place has been empty, and they can’t take an order properly or press the rights button on their screen. Out of the 3 times one of them, I entered the “restaurant” asked simple question and their answer for everything was “I don’t know” and that’s f8be buy ask someone else or ask for your supervisors. Very dumb people work there.

Went in and ordered a single small hamburger, four nuggets, small fries and a drink. Two other customers in the store, four in the drive thru line with at least five employees working that I could see. Waited over half an hour for my order, at which point I asked for a refund, not even caring if I received my food, I just wanted to leave. Manager said, without any sign of apology at all, that she couldn’t issue refunds and was short staffed. This excuse is beyond pathetic, coming from experience as a former Wendy’s employee. I would work busier nights for hours on end with only three people in the store (including the manager), and get orders out far faster than this. I also know for a fact that not being able to issue refunds is a flat out lie, as I watched my shift manager do it multiple times when I worked for this company. Front employee was friendly, and I hold nothing against them, but this management was shameful. If this is the type of work ethic that folks expect more than minimum wage for, then they are delusional.

Avoid ordering any food from here during the evening hours!!!! This is my neighbor Wendy’s. The entire staff is composed of kids. No one appeared to be over the age of 18. I say this because as I pull to the order window I could hear a lot of horse playing. I went through the drive thru and 10:00p.m. on the dot and ordered a #1, no cheese, large Sprite, large fry, 4 for $4(Jr. cheese burger, small fry, 4pc.nugget, small Sprite) and an additional large fry. My order came to $18.47. I receiving my order and as I began to pull off, reached in the bag and touch the fries. They were cold to the touch! I had already pulled too far forward to back up on the window. The customer behind me was already too close. So I drove back around. As I drove back around I decided to check the rest of the items in my order. All three fries in my order were cold and old! They looked dehydrated.

They do NOT close at midnight on Saturday. Pulled in at 11pm and waited in drive thru for them to notice me. Pulled forward after not hearing anyone on the intercom. Saw two workers cleaning so pulled back around to the window thinking they just missed me. Waited a bit longer, still no answer. Crept forward to the window and when one of them noticed me, they motioned that they were closed. I really wish the hours had reflected that on Google before I wasted my time.
