They raise prices, are rude, don’t fill drinks up to the rim, and don’t ask for you to scan your app for points and then it’s too late. Also, many times the donuts are not fresh. I’m going to stop coming here and I always spend A LOT of money here. They need to do better if they want to keep returning customers. This picture I have not even taken a sip of my drink yet. Why is it not filled up. Stop being cheap, especially since you raised the prices of everything smh.

I go to this Dunkin just about every day and I love it! The staff are all very friendly and the coffee drinks are delicious. They have such a wide variety of flavor choices… more than I’ve seen anywhere else. You also get more for your money at Dunkin. I can pay the same price at Starbucks and get a smaller drink, so I choose Dunkin over Starbucks any day. I’ve eaten breakfast from there once and that was also delicious… especially their hash rounds… seasoned perfectly! I’m glad they opened this location because it’s on my way to work and so convenient. Keep up the good work Dunkin!

I have always wanted to say this…..I usually always get the Boston Creme….hoping next time will be better ..but it never changes…. the doughnut is very dry and very little filling…you eat half the doughnut before you finally reach a little cream…..with price this is not acceptable..

It’s always a hit or miss experience here. Sometimes they are fabulous, efficient, and kind. Most times though they are rude, standoffish, and your orders are incorrect. I can see why people simply opt for Starbucks or coffee at home instead of this garbage and customer service wasteland.

The drinks are always amazing. The customer service isn’t the worst or the best. The woman at the counter was nice, but she had her mask almost down. I didn’t really mind that though because there was a transparent sheet in between us.

Have been stopping here 2-3 x week since about March ‘21. Was great for a month or two. Then every other visit or more they were out of snackin bacon, then forgot to put an item in the bag and did not apologize when I called to make sure it would be fresh and ready when we came back. Did not apologize when we came back and hand me the same sandwich bottom of the box was soggy So I handed it back for a fresh one. Took five minutes or more and got the same one back nearly burnt but my son was so hungry he picked off the crust but then we found the bacon was next to raw! And the inside was not very warm. We were too annoyed to go back again. That was in June, One night we went back at 8:50 PM they were open till nine pm at that time but a pre-recorded response at the drive-through said that they were closed. I drove around and looked in the window and a few girls were in there. Really?!
