Third time in a row food is wrong. Ordered a tender big box and a 4 piece fried chicken meal recieved two different tender meals and the amount of food wasn’t worth the almost $30 paid.wrong drink had to go back in for that. Didn’t give us any sauces when we requested specific ones. Just ridiculous

Waited forever for someone to acknowledge our presence. They were out of juice in the kids meal and we had to settle for white milk because they don’t offer chocolate milk anymore. When we opened the milk it was sour. I showed the girl at the counter, who was the manager, and she said she couldn’t smell anything and that the lid says the milk doesn’t go bad. Seriously? She finally conceded to give him a small cup for some pop and said that was the best they could do since we didn’t pay for the 10 cent surcharge (never even bothered to offer to do it at that point). Then I sit down to eat my way over priced meal only to discover I was provided no butter or honey for my biscuit and my tenders were cold.

Not uncommon to wait 15-20minutes in the drive thru if there are 3 or more cars. Food is mostly acceptable, but by no means good. The next closest location in Saginaw is about 10mins away but is just as bad.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited damn near 10 minutes to have my order taken – employees made eye contact with me 3 times and one even ASKED if I needed my order taken. I ended up walking out.

Their sign says they do not refund as they do not make mistakes. I live in Grand Rapids and twice now in the past three months which is how many times I have been here they have screwed up my order. Seriously, I have worked in Customer Service for 33 years. Quit the EGO and service your customers!!!!

Went there a couple weeks ago, got a chicken sandwich with bacon on it. I can tell they didn’t fry the chicken before they made the sandwich like they’re supposed to, so it tasted like rubber. Now KFC doesn’t sell the sandwich with bacon anymore and I’m sad.
